I have been monitoring with CGM & Keto Mojo and eating Sardines:) Hope to get the keto furnace burning better and get off of this plateau I am stuck on.

Pucker up is a great idea! I'd put it in tea as a substitute for lemon at times when eating out in a restaurant (where I'm tempted to overdo carbs). Also, I've heard putting vinegar and other acidic foods on carbs helps dull their adverse effects. I want to fast and "keto" but when I fall I want a battle plan. ;)

AND I try to eat sardines when I can but really don't like them or the burps that come after. I am intermittent fasting every day between 16 and 18 hours and just started doing a 24 hour fast once a week.

Hello Dr Boz, big fan here. Your DrBoz ratio focuses more on healing and controlling glucose and ketones. What if my focus at the moment is gaining muscle sbout 3 to 5 pounds? I do lift wrights 4 to 5x / week and i do 18/20hrs IF and 90%carnivore+10%leafy greens. Whats your reco on how to optimize muscle gain aside from eating a little bit of caloric surplus? I know I just watched a video the other day... ill have to think a little bit about who it was..but they were interviewing someone and they talked about a long fasting and then when breaking the fast u r eating 30g of protien every 2 or 3 hours for a day or 2 (?) And they said u will build muscle like u never had b4. I will give some more thought and search 4 this and post back.

So I bought the Dr. Boz ketone pills they are very similar to the packet in ketone response but have no sweeteners there just supplement pills. I do like and use them. Dr. Boz husband is allergic to Stevia so it’s an unflavored option

I get sick with really bad flues about 2 to 3 times a year all my life where I am practically bed ridden for about 10 days each time. Then I was in ketosis for about 3 years. During that time I had no flue. Then I decided to try carnivore and got really sick again last year and now suffering again on day 5. Not dissing carnivore, I just think it's time to go back to keto.
$2500 ? Why so expensive ? Make it $250 please. That's already a lot of money for most of us. And many more people will be able to afford it. By selling more, a more reasonable price might earn you as much money eventually.

Check Dr. Berg's videos. 5-10 minutes succinct info delivery. I can't spend this huge amount of time just to glean off a few jewels of info. That said I love what you are doing for all of us!
