  • This is a prenatal bedtime/nighttime yoga routine that is perfect and safe to do in all 3 trimesters. 💪 Download my FULL Prenatal Course 💪 www.brettlarki...     The only thing that you'll need in this class is your yoga mat and a blanket so make sure you have a blanket right nearby your mat and we'll use it later in the sequence and if you don't have a blanket you can use a big towel from your bathroom that will work perfectly.

    I can't believe how so much better this made me feel! I'm 28 weeks pregnant and has been putting yoga aside for around 2 months due to pelvic girdle pain, and now suffering from aches all over. Add full time office work to that and it's a recipe for severe fatigue. This helped me ease into yoga again and just one session already make me feel much better.

    When I was doing this I was thinking to myself that it wasn't as relaxing as I expected it to be, but I stuck it out. So glad I did because I had the best freaking sleep that night! This will be a regular bedtime routine throughout my pregnancy from now on.

    So emotional, probably the last time I will be practicing this sequence while pregnant (my favourite prenatall video of yours, I've being doing this bedtime routine for months now). My due date was yesterday and things are accelerating. This video makes me feel so good! I recommend it to any mama's to be out there, any trimester.

    I'm 28 weeks along and since two weeks I'd been struggling to sleep consistently. Too many bathroom trips, very sore calf muscles and random calf cramps meant sleep quality was at an all time low. I've purchased Brett Larkin's Pregnant and Powerful course on Uplifted and last night i decided to do this routine before falling asleep. Oh my goodness, the comfort in my body at the end of 30 minutes!!! The last bit using the rolled towel felt astoundingly good! I slept soooooo well, only woke up twice and fell asleep right away. I love all of her videos, those on UA-cam and of course, on Uplifted Yoga too. So thankful!!!!!

    Thank you so much for this video! I've tried shorter ones from othe yoga teachers here on UA-cam but "for all trimesters" does still mean "lots of transitions, lots of holding on your arms and almost no breaks". I'm in my eight month now and wasn't allowed to do yoga for some time but now that I felt better, your video really was a great way to relax into a rainy sunday afternoon. "Easy" really means "easy" here! Thank you so much!

    I love this session! I'm currently 32 weeks pregnant and have great troubles sleeping (never were a great sleeper but it's even harder when someone is trying to turn your belly inside out during night :P ) but this session before bedtime really helps me relax and sleep better. I try to do it every night and rather go to bed 30 minutes later than skipping it. I will keep doing this my entire pregnancy. Love, love, love, LOVE!

    After dinner how much time we should wait to do this yoga ? Can we do morning and night time yoga both in a day? I am halfway in my pregnancy

      Do what feels right for you. Yoga right after a meal may cause nausea, but that may not be true for everyone. You can definitely do morning and night yoga, just go gently and listen to your body.

      BrettLarkinYoga thank you so much for quick reply I really appreciated... can we do different prenatal yoga daily from your prenatal yoga playlist or do we have to follow one type of yoga...
      In evening I go for a walk also.. morning I did yoga...
      But whole day I am fine in night my legs hurt I don’t say it’s because of pain but I felt like I want to stretch my leg and felt very discomfort and after I woke up and walk around the house for minimum 5min I ll be fine :) I used pregnancy pillow and others pillow while sleeping.. any suggestions for that...

      You are so welcome! You can do different yoga morning and night. I found that foam rolling my legs helped a lot when I was prregnant. So maybe stretch and foam roll a bit before bed and see if that helps

      Yes, the feet too!! Our poor feet and legs have to carry so much extra weight when we are pregnant! Foam rolling the legs, similar to what I am doing in this video may be helpful if it is comfortable for you. Listen to your body, go slowly, and ignore the title of the video.
