    I really enjoyed this most out of all the pregnancy videos I've done but there were SO many ads compared to other yoga videos I've done. It made it really hard to get totally into it.

      @@olgabaeva2087 it was at least 6 ads for me, every 3-5 minutes a new ad would interrupt a pose. i understand there might be a few but this was my favorite prenatal video i’ve found yet by far the most interrupted. i was just disappointed.

    Thank you for this practice❤ it’s just what I needed. This is the first day of my promise to myself: every day yoga throughout the pregnancy. I’m 15 weeks pregnant with a boy🥰 and the last few weeks been really tough due to major problems with the baby daddy. However, I’m so grateful finally being able to give my baby some positive moments here❤

    15 weeks! I am from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. I started doing yoga in March and did it every single day until I discover that I was pregnant. The 1st trimester was difficult. I did not have energy to do anything. But 3 days ago I started my morning yoga routine again. And it feels amazing.     I am only 13 weeks. But I’m overweight and have never exercised before. I thought this might be a good way to start!     And most mornings I always feel so dizzy and still half asleep, no matter how long or short my night was. This routine helped me feeling more awake today and I'll do it more often from now on!

    I'm 22 weeks pregnant with my baby girl! After some pregnancy complications at the beginning I feel really tight as was prescribed bedrest for some weeks.     I’m exactly 40 full weeks today, and have been doing these series for the past weeks almost daily. So, thank you! I’m really happy you have created this video. My only wish is, that you would at some point re-record with higher quality (image-wise, now the video is a tiny bit blurry), and maybe create a 45 min or 60min version as well. Any way, thank you! You must have saved many pregnant ladies from much pain.

    I am 33 weeks pregnant, with my 4th sweet son. I focused on yoga/meditation/mantras a lot more in my previous pregnancies. I am committing to getting on the mat every day, from this point through labor. I know how beneficial and empowering it is, and I very much enjoyed this first practice.     I am 28 weeks pregnant and my body has been screaming out for movement and stretching these last months. This was just what I needed this morning. I focused a lot on breathing out the frustration that I was feeling when poses were more difficult that I wanted them to be, and I feel very peaceful now, ready to take on the day.

    9 weeks pregnant, practice was great but was struggling with dizziness and nausea during folds and elbow stretch in the beginning. I do feel so much better and needed this practice for tight body as well as mental anxiety and depression. Thank you. Namaste.

    Hello! My name is Lindsay, and I’ve never done yoga before but with this little baby growing inside of me I’ve been trying to take better care of myself.     Sometimes yoga on UA-cam is hit or miss, but this is awesome for just waking up. I love that you included variations. I'm 27 weeks pregnant and still practice yoga. I normal do a normal vinsasa flow and adapt some of the poses according to my growing belly or a little bit of yin yoga.

    This sequence was just what I’ve been looking for in prenatal yoga. I’m still early but I’ve been very gaseous and this routine helped dance around that gaseous pressure I’ve been feeling.

    I'm 30 weeks pregnant with our baby boy! I've found lately that my hips/back/legs are just super tight and doing these deep stretches every day have really helped to relieve that pain not only in the moment, but for the rest of the day!
