The usage of cat as demonstration of "heavy but limp" is great. Thanks
I thought he said fluffy, not heavy :) :) :)
@@sarahr7890 i misheard then! The point still stands tho edit wait i think i def hear him say heavy
@@sarahr7890 nope he said heavy
Andrew’s kitchen looks like his personality... idk if that makes sense but it just does to me 😄
Tranquil and fun☺️.
i see you
Yes.... calm but unexpected!
Clean and white😅
This comment hurts my brain
This dude is cosplaying a 48 year old dad from 1990.
Yesss! He reminds me of Sebastian Stan also
The way andrew comparing tortillas with his cat.... i see man of culture 👌
Hoshi🐯
Hoshiii 🐯
Someone enlighten my uncultured self
do Koreans eat cat?
@@Brand-ic9yc they eat dogs...
So Andrew gets a mustache and suddenly Steven and Adam are his “associates” and not his pals anymore lol
ikr
🤔
Let's be honest, he'd always use associates when Steven isn't around. It's like a Mythbusters Adam and Jamie relationship, Steven brings 90% of the emotion to the group.
So if I get a mustash do you suddenly go from a mere stranger to my fiancée?
@@Omartabyaoui this comment hurt me to read
Andrew’s like that funny, quirky, seventh grade science teacher that we all loved but wished we could speed up just the teeniest bit.
I always watch videos in 1.25x speed 🤣
Andrew truly has reached Peak Dad with this, he looks almost exactly like my (very Indian) dad did ten years ago looool
Ahahahaha 😂😂
Yessss
Omg same 😂😂😂
Lol same!!😂
Omg no I see it!!
Andrew looks like he joined the army and then became a stay at home dad.
Each day we stray further from god, we get closer to...Dadrew
😂😂
So... closer to god?

Nice to see Andrew is still getting some use out of his 50 lb box of potatoes.
I thought the same thing lol.
Respect to the chef's naruto cap
Dattebayo 👍
Same!!!

Fun fact : The word burrito means "little donkey" in Spanish, being the diminutive form of burro, or "donkey". The name burrito, as applied to the dish, possibly derives from the tendency for burritos to contain a lot of different things similar to how a donkey would be able to carry a lot.
I had heard similar but because a good burrito is about the size of a donkeys ear haha!
I’m Mexican and I never thought about the word burrito....
So is the giant burrito from Low Key more accurately called “el burro”?
"I was so nervous, and it was over so quickly" - Andrew, 2021
Everyone's first time. 😂
its 2021..
@@hiu203 oh man, thanks
Thats what she said
If, and when, Andrew finally opens his own restaurant, I'll move to wherever it is located and I'll make it my daily hangout place.
He's not a good cook though.. He'd just be stealing other people's recipes and paying somebody to recreate them...
The cat representation of the tortillas was perfect
Andrew looking more and more like a dad with each passing episode
The conviction with which he says, "I'm going to eat this now." 🤣
I would like Andrew to write a book on ‘The Fundamentals of Why Something Tastes Good’
The cheese-crusted breakfast burrito was one of the things I wanted to eat the most
Those shots of the cheese blanket in the sunlight ** chef's kiss **
I just can't take him serious with that moustache.
😂😂😂
It is beautiful, he's the father I never had
Could he really he taken seriously before though?. I still love him but it does look odd
I keep picturing the guy in the movie, the lovely bones 🙈
@@jeansprouts88 Oh. Oh no.
I learn so much from this channel that I’m mesmerised by. So much effort is put into the content, it’s definitely paying off
This Chef is great. He's kind, loving and caring about the food he's making and making sure everybody get the best quality.
I feel like he could have a great career as a good writer/critic at some point in his life...of course whenever that becomes a viable career again.
Yeah, but now newspapers are dying and there are all kinds of Yelp reviews.
I gotta give props to whoever edits this. The backsound of each part is just so goodd
Why is Andrew slowly turning into Bob Belcher? And why don’t I hate it?
I couldn't put my finger on it, but now that you say it, holy cow yes!
YES!!!
😆 I can't unsee it now.
i hate it
OH MY GOD, bobby
He’s still working through his crate of potatoes from the previous video so are we in store for more tater content until the crate is finally done?
I thought so
Fun fact - cheese is mildly addictive. So, when people say that they are addicted to cheese and could never give up... They aren't wrong on the first part 😄
yes!!! i read somewhere that the cheese-bread combo is even MORE addictive
Did you just compare to a cat
Rie would be so proud. It's like that episode of eating your feed where you made the hot cheeto burrito and Rie compared the burrito to a small kitten
I loved the video, so comforting some how. I'm really glad you guys opened this channel.
This is legit my favorite on going channel on UA-cam. Incredible production and content
Why do I watch this right when I wake up
To set goals. Now go out and achieve. You can do this!
It helps you feel hungry
Me r n 😂
Dang. The food, the music, the host, and that mustache is......🔥. Keep it up people. I love this UA-cam Channel!
Matt would be the BEST stoner roommate who cooks crazy sh*t like this whenever he's baked.
at this point i pay more attention to this man than my lectures
It makes me happy that you've made this channel! I use to watch a lot of worth it.
Moustache Andrew is like going through your Pokemon cards realising you has a shiny Charizard card back in the 90s.
It’s such a magical discovery and you’re not sure if you should give it up or keep it. You don’t want to lose it but you know you never find it again (if you misplace it). So you protect it with your dear life.
Moustache Andrew should be protected.
I actually started to watch the whole worth it series because of this channel 😂 and I love it. And this channel. I love both 😌
Woo! Another avenue to see Andrew enjoy food!
This is amazing I love these videos
The way Andrew compared the weight of the tortillas with his cat, makes me want those tortillas 😅
This looks INCREDIBLE!
That is so cool you got to talk to Matt! You know I love how simple these are but they're just good, I really like how he's out there doing something that can bring him fulfillment and a way to live his lifestyle and bring something like a good meal to people. I feel like that is personally a great spot. I hope he continues to do well. I wish I was closer to LA to try these foods but I'm sadly a half days drive so its a bit far for me if it was like 3 hours maybe
Loved this burrito when it showed up on Worth It, and now I love it even more, knowing that I can make this at home, without professional-grade equipment and ingredients!
i just realized how this channel just became my go-to meal time youtube channel
i think of it whenever I'm... about to eat
That is actually beautiful!
I'd not be unhappy to see that in a modern art gallery.
Me: when did Andrew get hot?
Everyone in the comments: Andrew has reached peak Dad.
Me: 🙃
i guess hes just becoming a dilf 👀
Oohh somebody likes Daddies
When I was a child I use to microwave my cheese to get crispy... I thought I was a weirdo but apparently its actually good.
Same!! We also had a grilled cheese press I would cook the cheese on directly
Cheese crisps - purely cheese - have been a thing for a while.
Yea, not the first time seeing cheese crisps.
Andrew cooking these dishes he's come so far and that just makes me happy.
The crunch ... my goodness. Yum.
Definitely want to try this, good recipe, relateble.
That lodge griddle is a beautiful thing.
it looks so delicious im dying to taste it . You did well Andrew good job
when i saw this thumbnail i was like YES FINALLY it was really one of the most iconic foods on worth it
I LOVE how Andrew tastes basically everything he cooks with. Andrew, that came out looking SO GOOD! You did the long fold, but it looks closer to his side-ways roll with the amount of cheese! :)
CHEESE CRUSTED VIDEO? YAS I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR IT ❤️❤️❤️
remember when andrew was the non-nonsense guy? and now he is super dramatic about beautiful food and goes on giggling over cheese
I like this Andrew. I think it's the Andrew he was always meant to be.
Food was never nonsense. He's just enlightened
best character development
Andrews evolution via worth it is awesome. I dont know if he was a foodie before but I love seeing that he likes to elevate his culinary ambitions. I have had grilled cheese pulled pork sandwiches wrapped in this same way and its the best thing ever. Just right burnt cheese and even the best slightly burnt pepperoni is the best flavors imo
I don't think this is something that I would make at home especially buying another grille and all that, but it makes me appreciate even more to the food and chef who put the work in to make this happen
2:36 "I wanna seal this whole thing with cheese and I wanna take a nap after this."
And that spoke to my heart and soul.
I've never really watch a Mukbang, but it was very satisfying to watch that first bite.
I think I mimed along
I've been cooking my burritos and even my grilled (obviously pan fried; think cheese on a grill) cheese sandwiches like this for decades. It's soooooo good!
I love you Andrew you bright en my day. Thank you so much! Can you do a video using a maxburton table top range burner/ omelette station. I live in my car a use one exclusively
I love the little vase stuck on his refrigerator
I will admit the crunch sound is really satisitying
Look amazing
You did a great job ! I’m inspired to make.
I was just sitting with my mouth opening watering. It looks so good. omg.
This looks so delicious wow
In post-pandemic world, I 10/10 recommend going to Cheddar Gorge, England!!! You’ll learn all about the cheddaring process and even get to watch them do it. It’s the best!
I’m from US! But happened to go there one time!
Matt’s hat shows that he’s a man of culture
Can't wait to see what's next on the potato journey
ooh yeah, i've been making cheesy crusts for over a decade, they're super delicious and so easy to make!
It doesn't get easier than just throwing cheese on a hot metal plate and waiting for it to get crispy!
The pre-shredded cheese has starch mixed in to keep the cheese from clumping-that helps the cheese crisp form.
I am enjoying this channel.
I don't know why he didn't do the "Blanket" version, where it's just ROLLED through the cheese instead of Flipped through the cheese o3o His Castiron Griddle is kind of aimed more towards the rolling method than the flipping method.
Ikr . Im like whaaaat.. when he put doritos in chesee that way
Burrito🌯 a my favourite like they are the best this is my favourite 🤩 video ever if I had a burrito from you it will be the best ever! keep up the good work!
And if I had a burrito like those in the videos ima die! keep up the good chiefs
Andrew looking like the new chef for hire at Squable
Yeah
I am sorry, Andrew. I can't take you seriously with that moustache.
Andrew comparing Wellington to the tortilla XD
Andrew with that moustache looks like a TV show actor back in the day, like the 70s or the 80s
Are you suggesting him for the remake of Magnum P.I.?
edit: Ohhh...he looks more like Higgins...no accent though.
@@jayhom5385 haha, sure!
Cheese crusted burrito!! This is the very pinnacle of my food life.
Oh THIS is where the Andrew videos went. I'm so glad I finally found it!
I like to make the cheese crips and add it to my sandwiches and burgers! It's a great addition and super easy to make (when it's small)
Since i only do my grilled cheese like this, i can imagine how good this is
Started doing this with toast after watching it on worth it. Total game changer 🙌🏼
thats so true the toasted chese is the best part of loads of dishes but theres not many dishes that use it fully. i know keto diet people use chese to make hard taco shells
It's a very impressive mustache, but in my mind, I'm seeing him in a daguerreotype, riding a penny farthing and wearing a bowler hat. Now imagine him doing that and eating a burrito🤯
I made this after the worth it episode came out, it was so good!! Kinda wanna try it again now that I know the exact ingredient
I can’t tell if this is still buzzfeed or their own thing
I've been doing the cheese crust thing on my sanwhiches ever since I've watched that one Jamie Oliver video from years back. Now I'm also doing it on my burritos
Muffin top looking delicious. I love the blueberry muffins from Costco.
It is so enjoyable watching meticulous Andrew's videos!
Andrew is rocking the Bob Belcher look.
Shoutout to @lowkey_burritos !!! I wish I lived in your city !!
Andrew!! As a long time worth it watcher, always love your commentary. That burrito looks dope. But can we shave your mustache & donate your blue collared shirt ?
Ever since I saw this episode of worth it. I ALWAYS but follow this technique when making grilled cheese or quesadillas. Cheese on the outside and on the inside. My family was crazy wowed and it was way simpler than I thought it would be.
In Mexico, most taquerias have chicharron de queso as an appetizer.
Which is just the toasted cheese and you dip it in salsa or guacamole!
The video was already great, and then we get bonus cat? Yes thank you! 😻
I love how scientific this cooking show is
