    I definitely failed making this so many times. Chef Motokichi has that magic touch that is hard to translate through video tutorials, as scene by my many sacrificed eggs.

      @Vicky Ou I would disagree. Saying someone is a mood does not mean they’re relatable. Saying they’re a mood describes their personality and vibe. Basically it means they can put someone in a unique mood. Just by watching them or being around them.

    Andrew's got really good classical picks in the background! First two are Francisco Tarrega's Estudio Brillante and JS Bach Keyboard Partita No. 1 in B flat Major BWV 825 (7th movement Gigue) arranged for guitar (sounds like 2 guitars but could be a solo guitar arrangement)

    "It's not the prettiest omelette-" had me SCREAMING because it is SO much prettier than anything I have EVER made, like it's BEAUTIFUL and yet he's saying "ehhh could be better" and to me that really shows that we are our own worst critics.

    Huge love to chefs who genuinely try to teach and help young aspiring amateurs. So tired of the "secret recipe, behind closed doors, tight lip" style that seems to dominate some groups of chefs. I understand there is a level of professional training and years of skill for some of this stuff, but Im glad people like Chef Motokichi actively try to teach and aid people and show them they're capable of something delicious with a little bit of help.

    Chef Motokichi is a legend! That energy is incredible! I wish I had even 5% of his skill to make this! I cannot wrap my head around how to do this it’s just too delicate a process for me to get down. I make really good scrambled eggs but I’ve never made an omelette and definitely something I wouldn’t be able to do but I wish I could!
