We 3 children were tested with GTC tests and we're high.. My mum was warned n told to reduce our sugar intake at age 10..which she did for us. So Prevention is better than cure.. Keep an eye on your fruits intake too as some of the fruits like Banana, Grapes, Pineapple, Mango etc have very high Glycamic Index 4.enjoy peanuts, walnuts, almonds, 1 date, 4=5 kishmish. 5.Try to eat your dinner by 1930. 6. Do walk for 20mins, and strech out after hours of dinner you will see excellent results. All the best, stay healthy, be mentally fit as 95% problems emerge from anxiety, stress, anger, grief, sorrow, Jealousy.

A savoury breakfast is composed of protein (the centerpiece), fat, fiber (if possible), optional starches, and nothing sweet except optional whole fruit (just for taste). Hack 5: Have any type of sugar, they’re all the same All sugar is made of glucose and fructose. They all have the same impact on our body, so have the one you prefer. Very well explained. Why doctor not telling to cheque fasting insulin? At the initial stage of prediabetic, symptoms starts showing that in future sugar may increase at that time why doctor not telling to cheque fasting insulin.
In addition please get fasting insulin and C peptide test then you will understand as to where you actually stand , ie are you still type2 diabetic or shifted to type 1 diabetic
very gud tips specially order of eating ..which nobody really bothers abt it which now I'm aware is very imp ..thank you ...I wud also like to know whether people who were actively involved in sports n games are more likely to become diabetic once they stop their sporting activities....or it's more abt life style???
