    Good video, but it would be more helpful if you give example of sequencing the components of average Indian meal. For instance, we can't eat sabji & dal earlier & lastly eat plain roti...

    surabh ji sequence to theek hai but usually hum roti ya chawal ke sath sabji ,daal khate hain ..kya hume apni plate mein sirf sabji aur daal hi rakhna chahiye ya millets roti use kr sakte .

    I m type 1 diab. How to make my pancreas start making insulin so that i don't have to take insulin fr outside . I m already taking millets instead of wheat. N taking all precautions.
