    I am 76 years old and healthy. When I 20 years old used run daily in Lal bagh located in Bangalore. By the way I am from Bangalore. During my tenure I hv practised in gym , and, from 1984 - 86 attended martial arts classes - secured three belts. From 2005 till date I am practising pranayam and walking. My weight is 55 kgs. I joined your 21 days yoga classes and it's absolutely fine, enjoying every moment. Thank you Sourabh. Wish you all the best in your endeavors. Bye

    Sprouts must be steamed before eating because it is difficult to digest.Very nice information.Arrey what about poha,idli,upma etc.,these are some common Indian breakfast,easy to make.I think eating moderately anything can be good for health.Thanks,God bless.

    Respected Saurabh Sir,absolutely Nice Video,Breackfast is must in the morning to keep away various disease like mainly tuberculosis and many more ,what sir has said includes everything in suggested breakfast, now make a time table of all different breakfast separate in each day make a time table you will get everything and you are never get boared ,very nice and useful video and after yoga will get good hunger contraction,make your brakfast much delicious so follow it and enjoy Thanks sir again👌👌👌🕉

    I am 79 years young keeping good health. I started attending your 21 days yoga without break. My breakfast is only veg afternoon weight loss rice one katori with lots of veg.and greens. Night at 6pm will have fruits.
