    I could really feel this but wasn't sure if I was doing it correctly. Would be great to explain it in slow motion for the first round and also clarify the breathing technique.

      Thank you for your feedback. We typically teach the movement first with natural breathing. Once you get the movements, then we incorporate the breathing. Let us know if you have questions 😊

      I agree. Slower directions in the beginning would be helpful.

    I prctice it form 2months. I get the movement but how i connect my breathing with the moment. Can you explain this .

    How many times a day can I do this? I'm 75 years old.
