Excellent! I did it yesterday and liked it so much I did it with my husband today. So nice to focus on shoulders, wrists, elbows---seldom do so in yoga and all the downward dogs can be taxing on the wrist. Loved the figure 8s (at one point you called them figure 4s but I think you just misspoke---I'm pretty sure they were still figure 8s. And the movement with the hips and elbows was so good---kind of like doing prayer twist in yoga, but more dynamic with an increased range of motion. My upper body felt so limber after this. Thanks

I will try this but those twists aren’t so good for people with osteoporosis.
