I have been doing qigong for 5 or more years. And i have always wanted a video that showed the qi ball and white light! This amazed me! 👏 thank you! You made this very easy to follow. The hardest part for me was when we put the claws behind us and had to spin the claw outward. I felt like i was doing it wrong. I got it after a few. Thank you again!

I like it when the science in Qigong and meditation is explained. In another video you said to picture a pink pearl in the lower Dan Tian, but in this you said to picture white? What is the significance of the colors? Does the color matter? thanks.
Wonderful question. Great job paying attention to the details. The pink pearl is the most condensed form of violet energy. Each element/organ is associated with a particular color, so focusing on that color shifts the energy for that.
Elly, do you sing or use your voice for other practices? Your voice has a nice clear and creative sound that projects well, and your consonants and vowels are clear as well. It's soothing to listen to, even without doing the Qigong moves.

Well, if these moves (which you know so well) are good for the immune system, why would Elly change them? Just to show us something new every time? Effectiveness is what's important, nothing else.
There is always room to improve within a form. Just because you know the moves, doesn't mean they can't be refined or practiced to maintain balance in the part of the body/ system
Have you tried snake? That's very challenging. Perhaps you just need to switch it up😊 any particular issues you want to work on? Different forms help different things
@@borislavkosi2205 good point. There’s a UA-cam vid for immune system, which again is tiger. Tiger I love with a passion, however it would be good to do monkey, bear spears fish , bear catches fish etc which never seem to feature on UA-cam.

You can also practice more than 1 time per day. Results are cumulative. Some people need to progress more slowly can even practice a part until they build up stamina
