Awesomeness! Were doing a major refit on our 65' power catamaran and your input helps a lot!
My neighbors who bought in the last 5 years are whining. I remind them that they wanted lower prices. The ones who financed are especially hurting.
I would not travel more than 25-50 miles to see a boat unless we have an accepted offer. For sure I would not fly in without one. Happy to put a short due diligence time as the seller doesn't want to be tied up. But without an accepted offer seller can sell it to another and buyer is out time and money. Or seller can decide to change the ask price or pull it off the market. This does happen. Key to a sale is if buyer and seller both feel they are treated equally and both need to have some skin in the game or the deal will likely will fall apart.
Agree 👍🏻
Not here in Canada. People are still asking insane prices.
Well yes but there only asking not selling LOL 😂
How funny talk to you at the yard today & I get home put on UA-cam & your the 1st video. I think they are watching us lol
They are watching you. If you knew just how much it’d scare you! 🙏🏻❤️
Sorry Paul but your Chanel titles are drama. Everything is not on fire. Be safe
FYI, that 70 ft. Marlow price dropped to $799,000.
I hear it’s not in very good Shape, but it looks beautiful evertime I go by it
Foday Yillah 👍👍
you are right, lots of boats on craigslist, i look all the time.....parts too, I got a caribbe inflatable with 9.9 Nissan for a grand last year,
Yes, the price is dropping, but the interest rate still too high, as a buyer; we need the rate to be below 3% to be more affordable, monthly payments.
Cheers....
Thanks. I agree market is trending down. Like housing in many markets. FL is one of the worst. I am patient wait for a great wholesale deal.
Okay first off you and I both know your going to do whatever it takes to get this deal done. The boat market is going to tank hard this upcoming year. The writing is on the Wall. I’d say by the middle of summer on anyone with a boat is for lack of a better word Screwed! Older guys like you and I are getting out. Let’s face it our days are numbered and the guys coming behind aren’t interested!!!! We see classic cars and boats the young guys see old cars and what???????? Nothing that’s What!!! Their just not interested!! Take what you can now and live your life in a one bedroom place with your wife. Work and play on someone else’s money. You are now! Why would you ever buy anything? Think about it. 🙏🏻❤️
A friend of mine has a 2013 Formula 34 PC he wants to sell within 3 years, now or wait???
Retail sales prices for watercraft were inflated like everything else. I increased my insurance on my fleet because replacement inflated replacement prices. In 2025 all those agreed values are less. I reduced agreed value on each boat on the boat insurance.
The Marlow is at $799k now but is in very bad shape! The pictures are misleading. Needs at least $600k or more in investment.
