Hey Paul, I was shocked to hear that you are selling your boat. Whatever the reason, I am sure you put a lot of thought into it. I have been following your channel for a while now and can see the passion you have for boating. I have learned so much from your videos that I will continue to support you and your channel. We all take different paths in our lives, and I hope everything works out with any new plans you are making for your future. It was nice to hear some of your followers offer their support. I will stand in that line and offer my support. I may be in Upstate NY, a long way away, but life is short, and even if it is only emotional support from this distance, you have mine. Keep doing what you love and don't listen the few naysayers who have posted their negative comments. If you have found true love with your new friend, go for it, sell the boat. Life does present obstacles and challenges; bit it appears to me you are pretty levelheaded. Keep up that great attitude. If you are ever boating the Erie Canal, give me a shout out, you will be a guest in my home and we can cook up something on the barbie. One last comment, if you ever need a hand moving a boat in the winter, just drop me an email and I will see if I can help. Keep up the good work, I learn something new every time I watch one of your videos. Happy New Year!
@@dennispierce845 thanks appreciate all the support over the years, we are not leaving boating anytime soon. Just doing it on others people boats for a while
WOW Sorry to hear about Pete and You not being on SOUTHERN ESTATE any more :( But as long as you guys are happy about the future and excited about the next chapter in your life I am very happy for you two :) If there is anything you need me for I am here for you :) You guys are in my prayers daily 🙏🙏
Hey Paul keep up the great videos one of the very few speaking the truth. We know the boat market is still in flux and will continue to be for a while just like the Florida home market prices dropping.
@@jackwill3578 well that all depends on where you park and how much insurance you want, for me by the month it’s about 2600.00 all in. Slip fees insurance and maintenance like having the bottom cleaned and things like that.
Those Marlows are overpriced. They are still asking COVID-level prices. This particular one called The Garlic, is in pretty bad shape. Been for sale for a long time and is not really a good representation of what the market is like. It is a project boat now for somebody with a lot of time and deep pockets. It is also over 20 years old so a buyer cannot get financing but has to pay cash.
@@stevensinger8486 I think the big boy boats will be coming in at discount and the big center console boats might suffer a bit and some people will step away because of the cost, but when it’s your turn the money doesn’t matter
Dang Paulie, I hope Chief’s departure is for good reasons and not something ugly. A new year, some new adventures! Have fun, Buddy!!
@@rusty9129 no this was all planned he just basically going back to the business he once ran
Wishing you and Chief good vibes during your transition away from live aboard status. Hoping both of you are living life with no regrets!

You've moved to more of this click-bait title stuff. It lowers your credibility. I'm unsubscribing.

I kept waiting for the reason you are selling when all this video was a plug to send traffic to your boat for sale. Misleading.
Anyone know how much your $1.oo ''Fed Note'' is currently valued at? Lynette Zang*, said it again, right here on YT!
Who cares?
