Generally speaking, wouldn't playing as Spy be much easier in this challenge?
Delegating yourself to Sapper duty would make you able to support the team AND stay pacifist without worry.
Bonus points for using Red-Tape Recorder to annoy the shit out of people.
I had 4 plans to do this, most of them sucked with the obvious Medic exception.
Spy "worked" but it was just me sitting with the cloak and do nothing waiting to sap buildings, very boring to watch.
Engineer was similar as I was just going to upgrade buildings and not build a sentry but I accidentally shot a Spy with the rescue ranger healing buildings
Tried hoovy as a joke, boring
Medic was end result
Those attempts were also when I was actually abiding and trying to not die as well, threw that rule in the bin after 3 days of fun

Use the cloak and dagger (Infinite cloak unless you move) and hide in like some random part of the map.
If you play medic and do the following
-never use use syringe guns or crossbow
-only use medigun
-not use any bonesaws (unless its amputator for healing taunt)
-never uber
Then you are a pacifist healer and are protected by the rules of war

Except you’re doing this without a license, and the Uber is linked to the medic’s heart valve which probably isn’t approved by any world governments

Some leeway with the ubering part could be with the quick-fix since it’s Uber is just faster healing

Playing as a hoovie is pretty pacifist, taunting with folks, handing out banana's at a decent rate.
And generally folks tend to let ya be, and come to ya when they need healing.
That's how I'd play and "win" as a pacifist.

So I have some good ideas here, why not go scout or spy with the cloak and dagger. If u get scouts weapon that gives you another jump (can't remember the name). Scout with the extra jump can mean you can run away quicker and with the bonk atomic punch you can be immortal for a bit. Spy with cloak and dagger means you can hide for a long time without being seen.
You can just build teleporters and dispensers (and hope no enemy stand on your exit)
You can heal friends with Crusader's Crossbow and Amputator.
You can straight up heal friendly Medics while they heal the killers that the rest of your team is.

For a minimum death play :
why not just being a full on bonk scout,
that just comes and goes when his bonk runs off ?
Or just a close ranged only engineer with the short circuit ?
For a normal pacifist play with deaths :
Unless the briefcase or the passtime is inolved, just go on the point with your pain train and when in danger, just retreat using the rocket jumper or sticky jumper.
For secondaries :
-Just use the base jumper.
-also possible for soldier : the conk or the backup.

You could just be a RED Engi on Dustbowl Stage 2 Last Point or Dustbowl Stage 3 Last Point and only set up Dispensers and Teles with the Rescue Ranger. Easy win

I legit play as a Scout with a gay sign and no one would shoot me because amazingly, everyone knows my name (Shoot me you're gay) and avoid shooting me but just walk by me and say thanks and I occasionally throw them milk. The reason I got a gay sign is because it was already there when I traded my metals for it, how could I know it was a gay sign???
