Welcome to workout 1 of our #FITIN15 Plan! Let's jump start the New Year with this short but sweaty cardio session. We'll build into the moves so just do your best, listen to your body and stick with the options and versions of the exercises that work best for your current fitness level (I'll be showing you both low and high impact options as we go).

This 15-minute full length home workout routine burns calories, elevates the heart rate and works the muscles in the thighs, inner thighs, legs, quadriceps, hamstrings, core, arms, shoulders and abs with exercises like:

I agree with Jen M about the low impact options. "No options" only makes me feel inferior and want to beat myself up when my poor joints start screaming at me. That's what I love about you Jessica! You are such a great mentor. Looking forward to tomorrow's workout!

Wow, Jessica. I've been working out with you since January, changing between the 30 and 40 minute power walking sessions as well as outdoor walks when possible. I just wanted to let you know that I am 56 years of age, I started out weighing 190 lbs, 5'4" when stretched, and a fluffy size 16. As of March 6, I am down to 177 lbs, size 14, but more importantly I have a WAIST and have gone from a 40D bra to a 38C. Thank you for helping to change my life. P.S. I just found this challenge and have completed the Jump Start Cardio after already doing the 40 minute power walking. xo

Finally decided no more excuse. Today began my day 1. I can feel the burn. Ate a healthy breakfast and made my fat cry out. All before my morning class! Thank you so much!
I recently gain weight due to loss in family. I do this work out twice a day, one in the morning and before I take my dinner. Trust me it's worth it! You think because it's fifteen minutes it wouldn't make a difference but it does. Every workout counts! Thank you for this Jessica!

this was a great workout for a couch potato. I travel extensively for work , so having the flexibility of UA-cam videos from my hotel room is fantastic! I love working out with Jessica--she really knows how to mix it up so you aren't bored.
Thank you for your kindness to people like me who are just starting back exercising. I have to admit it made me feel very sad to only be able to do the low impact options. I remember when I could start just about any exercise program and follow along without difficulty. The years have caught up with me and I can barely do the low impact for the 15 minutes. I am determined to get stronger and more co-ordinated. Since having my total knee replacement 3 years ago I no longer have good balance or agility. I know staying with this program will help with that. I can walk and hike with little difficulty but the balance needs working on.

Well Jessica, I must thank you truly from the bottom of my heart. Five years ago I was 41 and a very active police officer. A horse riding accident took me out of my career after four knee surgeries and learning how to walk again after a broken pelvis and hip. My doctors pretty much told me to live with the everyday pain of my knee - as it would never be the same again and I was "too young" for a total knee replacement.
I was used to going to the gym and/or working out at home at least four days a week. After the "wreck" - I sank into a pity party, and five years later I've ballooned from my healthy weight of 160 (I'm 5'10") to 198 pounds. Nothing, and I mean nothing was working for me in the exercise realm without melting into tears with pain and frustration.
Tonight - actually 15 minutes ago - I did finished your Workout #1 in the #Fitin15 series. Needless to say my muscles (what little I have left after many years of atrophy and neglect) were shocked. And thought I did the moves at about 1/3 of the speed, I finished! Then I was crying. :)
I've measured myself, weighed myself tonight - and plan to do one of these each night after work for fifteen days. I will let you know how I fare at the end.
I am also ordering your 21-day Fitness DVD to start after my 15 days with you are up.

I'm just getting back into exercising after 8 months or so from an irregular routine due to nerve issues and headaches. I love Jessica's workouts and when I found this I knew it's what I needed to back into the swing of things. Thank you Jessica! I am 25 and have developed severe arthritis in both knees from an injury last year. I fell out of working out because I couldn't really put any pressure on my knees. But I recently found your workouts specifically designed for bad knees and I am SO thankful! I wonder if you might do a fitness plan (such as this one) that is a little more knee friendly, like your other videos?

I am going to start this tomorrow! I need to get back into working out again! I want to lose my stomach weight.
I lost 12kg from April-June 2014 just with your videos and eating healthier, I went from 62kg to 50kg. I was doing so well and felt so confident until I had problems with my wisdom teeth which stopped me exercising as the pain was too much, I had to wait until November for an appointment to have the surgery to have them removed and from then until now I put the weight back on and I'm back to my original weight. I feel disappointed with myself for working so hard to lose the weight and putting it all back on again, but I'm now determined to lose it again starting from today, I've just completed this workout and also did the 6 minute arms workout, I feel great! I can't wait for tomorrow. I'd like to thank you for all of these great videos! You're amazing!!! :)
Day 1 done. I love your nice sunny background. Cold and dreary here, so I'm a little bit jealous. :) Loved the first workout. Time to get serious for the new year. Miss my Peanut though. Added the bonus 20 minute Calorie Crushing Cardio video in after all. Definitely made my fat cry.

I'm gonna do this workout tomorrow morning (for about 8 hours from now :D). I planned to have a rest day tomorrow, but atm I decided to do this 15 min workout before sitting all day on my classes :) Greetings form Poland Jessica!
Illness keeps me in bed 3-5 days out of the week. Been looking for something that is a good entry level workout. 15minutes with low impact options is exactly what I need to get my body and heart moving on my "good days" that I'm out of bed. Thank you for such a great product available on UA-cam !! 😆😆😆
I started your 15 day challenge today with the Jump Start Cardio. I did all low impact and was very proud I could almost keep up. I have lost about 23 pounds with just diet changes. I have gained and lost the same 2 pounds for several weeks now. So I decided it was time to increase my activity level! Thank you for a fun program I plan to stick to.
I love that all of your workouts can be done in a small space.

I was a dancer for 12 years but then lost my motivation and went from working out 6 days a week to none. After a couple of years I'm now wanting to get back into shape before I go on holiday in a few months. I have never had the confidence to wear a bikini but now I feel ready. Just did this with the 9 minute low impact HIIT workout... The fat is crying much after this one!
Day 1 - After a long hiatus from fitness (fighting with chronic pain, fibromyalgia, arthritis, migraines, degenerative disc disease) I am back starting with Jessica's Fit in 15 Fitness program today. Done with a only few modifications. Very nice cardio, jessicasmithtv!

Day 1 completed this morning before work and another session of 9 minute low impact HIIT on the related playlist. I must say that working out before work really made a difference in my morning! I was actually more calm and ready than when I stumble around to make it out the door on time. I love that I feel an immediate difference in my outlook!
I have a desk job and I've been working long hours and haven't made time for myself. With about 100 pounds to lose I love that you offer low impact modifications. I had to take a mini break about halfway through to use my inhaler but I didn't quit I started back once I caught my breath. I did this one on Friday
Starting over again after a lazy 3 years of letting myself go.....I WILL be back in shape and looking healthy this summer!!!! These #FITIN15 videos are my favorite!!

Day 1 complete. Just starting again after a 2 year hiatus from being a regular at the gym and group fitness classes and 40 pounds heavier. 15 minutes is a good start after being away for so long. I'll work back up to where I used to be. Thanks...Love the lush green background.
This is week 1 and and day 1 for the fit in fifteen challenge this is one of my favorites I have done this challenge a lot this was the first time after getting a new email this was another great cardio workout I got my heart rate up and I got my sweat on all in a shorter amount of time thanks for working out with me this morning Jessica have a great day 😀
Thanks for always reminding us not to let our backs round into the movements, but to keep a good posture! I needed that several times this workout!
The moves are very easy but you can feel your muscles ace , you can feel the sweat too which shows how much effective this is . Thank you so much , this is so practical .
I'm 5'5 and 150 pounds. I wanted to loose weight so bad but my doctor says I can't work out to much because of my own special problems. But with this, I'm okay and I can complete the tasks. I hope to do this everyday till I'm just the way I want.
I started this today. I'm 64 and going to be doing a 10 k. I'm losing weight list 2 1/2 Stone but want to help it along. I will do this every day. Thanks Christine from bristol uk

THANK YOU SO MUCH for creating a cardio workout that I can adapt! I have bad knees and a bad back, and it is so hard to find something that gives me a cardio workout without throwing me into traction. The low impact suggestions throughout the workout were super helpful!! I'm breathing hard and red in the face, but no pain in the knees and back - I feel great! Thanks!

WHEW! It was hard but I made it! It was definitely a challenge. Not only was my fat crying but I almost cried LOL! Afterwards, though, I felt a great sense of accomplishment. I am determined to finish the challenge. Thank you for your passion to help others lose weight and reach their goals!
I really liked all the modifications available on this workout! Being able to adjust the intensity really helps me get the most out of any workout, particularly a shorter one such as this.

I just finished the first day of fitin15, I had to do it in low impact but was still an amazing workout. I have 50 lbs to lose. I followed it up with the standing Pilates for the abs. Absolutely loved it. Thank you so much for these videos

I have a hard relationships with working out. I really love your workouts, and a month before I did them 2-4 times a week, which is a progress for me, but then life happened and i don't really had time and was sick and then got really lazy ... so here i am after weeks of trying to get my booty from couch and start to working out, i decided this time to start with a 15-fit in program to get my body moving after a month of doing nothing. thank you, i feel much better now!

After an almost 4 month hiatus (death of my dad, excessive family emergencies, health issues, etc.) I decided it was time to start looking after myself and my health and get back to Jessicasmithtv and started with this cardio. This was just great!

This is my first workout in many years. So thankful for the low impact. I am 58 yrs old and about 100 pounds overweight with asthma. Amazed that i was able to complete it. Thank you for this opportunity.

This was a perfect workout post a 13 hour shift! I often don't work out after work because the days are so long and I feel like I just don't have it in me. Having these 15 minutes to aim for are so much more motivating. And this one was great. It was hard enough that I felt like I worked but I feel energized at the end of it rather than ready to curl up in a ball on the floor.

I started this workout plan today! I've been a little incapacitated for the last year after I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. I've been doing some of your walking videos for several months which I really enjoyed, but now I'm ready to take it up a notch. This routine was a perfect challenge for me. Thank you!
This is the 1st 15min workout I have do from you, I have done your other workouts which are great but much longer and hard to fit in day to day. These workouts are the perfect amount of time for me to make them a daily routine.

Both Work it Out workouts done for today and I also got outside for a 30 minute walk. I'm sweating. I have done both of these workouts before and enjoy them both!

First I want to say happy 2015. Just from doing last year's workout challenges I have lost so far 23.1 pounds. Day one of the Fitin15 challenge went pretty good. I stayed most of the time doing the low impact options.
Just started today and man this was awesome...I'm so out of shape I had to stop a few times but pushed through to the end...Cannot wait to try more!!!! Thank you!!!
Day one of #FITIN15 complete! Tacked a 12 minute power walk on the end (with jogging and impact) and hoping to squeeze another little something in today. But the kiddo goes back to school today so I actually have to get her up now!

Thought I'd revisit this program and combine it with yoga. Love these 15 min bursts - they give me more energy to continue on!
