I've been away from yoga for many years with severe illnesses and surgeries. The years and the pounds have added up but I am recovering from my last serious surgery. So this 10 minutes was a good place to start! My gratitude to you! I'll be back!

The hips are so much more open now. I suppose I shouldn't be surprised by my hips and hamstrings being as tight as they were first thing in the morning, but I was. So thank you, Kassandra, for helping me to open them up. My intention today is gentle. I'm trying a new experiment for my schedule, and some things I'm pretty sure I'll be behind in doing some thing. So you gave me my word today. Gentle, go gentle with what I don't get done today.

My lower back and oblique pain and tightness of many years is 70 to 80% gone after I started doing this routine every morning. I honestly thought I would be living with the pain for the rest of my life. Thank you.

I recently started working out with a trainer and yesterday she had us squat and bench with a barbell for the first time. I woke up this morning with SO much soreness in my glutes and legs…checked Kassandra’s channel and see this! I feel so refreshed and comfortable now. I’ve been following this channel for the past two years, on and off with frequency, but it felt so great to check back in today. 🫶🏼
Brilliant, I’ve been looking for some yoga sessions concentrating on the hips as my left hip has been a bit niggly, this felt really good. Thank you Kassandra, will defo be incorporating this into my daily yoga sessions at least twice a week to help my left hip. Namaste❤

I've just recently gotten back to trying to get into putting yoga into my morning routine and these 10 minute sessions really help to fit them in and they give me a great stretch. I am already noticing a difference in those aches and pains. My word for the day is patience.

This morning starts my first day of RN orientation & yesterday I suddenly started having back pain. Doing this the morning of has helped relieve the pain and also the anxiety! I feel excited and know I shall be strong through this - especially with yoga! Thanks for the amazing quick practice ❤

I’ve done this 3 mornings in a row now, it targets all that stiffness in my hips! I also recommend it for cramps and soreness during your period, I tend to get a lot of tension in my hips and lower back during mine.
@@MausMontreal Multiple Sclerosis. I have very stiff joints as well as aches and pains from it so yoga helps stretch them out so I can walk normally and don't need assistance anymore
