Kassandra your attention to detail without being too much, is incredible! Those little tweaks make such a difference. I loved the seated posture at the end, the heart opening one with our arms behind us, elbows bent and trying to bring them closer together! Amazing. I didn't realise how tense I'd been! Thank you for this latest video which I did this morning. I've been following your channel for about the past 5 or 6 months and doing a morning yoga almost every day. I started with 10 minute sessions and now usually do 15/20 minute ones and sometimes 30 if I get up early enough. I really enjoy your style and reminders for setting intentions and go back and forth between vinyaasa and yin depending on what I feel I need. If you ever have time to share some more 20 minute or so yin sessions that would be great as I have gone through each of those videos multiple times. Thank you for your fabulous work. It has made a tremendous difference in my energy and recovery from runs.
Really grateful for this class. I hurt my back about a week ago and since then have been in near constant pain from daily movements. Haven’t been in the gym at all, but this was so nice to be able to at least move and stretch a little albeit I moved a bit more awkwardly due to the pain.
