Hi everyone, I've got a new 10 minute morning yoga flow for you and this will really help you stretch your entire body from head to toe. This is a great routine to do every single day to improve flexibility and get a boost of energy.
No props are needed and we'll go through poses like butterfly, downward dog, chair pose, low lunge, half splits and child's pose. I'd say this is an all levels practice.

Hi Kassandra.
Could you please show a few ways to practise yoga when you have bad knees ? I have hyper mobility in my knees and quite often they pop out of their joints if I try to sit like you with my knees bent. Thank you so much for all your wonderful videos they really help me with my pain in my body as I have chronic pain and fibromyalgia 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I find it amazing how just 10 minutes of yoga can make such a difference to how my body feels each day. My word today is acceptance. To accept where I am at today and its okay.

Wake up feeling perplexed about waking too late and not sleeping enough. This exercise helps me get rid of the guilt and focuses on the moment. The word for today is "clear mind". I want to be guilt-free and focus on the growth at the right moment.
My words for today were “calm” and “productivity”. Felt a bit anxious today about all the tasks I have to complete and meetings to attend to but this really allowed me to feel calm. Going to think about this headspace throughout the day! Thank you Kass ❤️

This is my first day of many to come starting my day with yoga and my word of my day was peace. I'm trying to find peace both inside myself and in the world around me and doing this routine with you really was the perfect way to start. It truly helped me feel more at peace in my own body and made me feel prepared to take on the day while still respecting my inner peace. Can't wait for all my mornings now ❤

Thank you for these gentle yoga practices! I have a connective tissue disorder and it creates tightness in hard to reach areas, causing severe pain and insomnia. Ive been doing the 10 min yoga challenge and now morning 10 min flows for about 5 weeks now. I e noticed my back is much less tense and allows me to twist better. Thank you for this! My word for the day is connection. Have a glorious day
I return to this one often because it gives me such a good stretch. I play it at a slower speed so I can extend the poses.

I have been watching your practice videos for over a month now! Originally was looking for some Yin yoga practice videos to alleviate the pain in my hip, lower back, knees from sitting front of a computer all day long. Then I found your 10 minute morning videos that have really changed my days. I found myself integrating that 10 minute in my every day morning routine which really helped me with the pain! A week ago I hurt my shoulder and I'm not really able to do any kind of upper body Workout, but these more gente classes help me to find out what my body really needs right now. :)

This is my second week doing morning and evening yoga. Thanks for such quality videos - my word was "Present" as often times we worry over what has passed or what is to come but we don't spend much time in the present day.
My word today is 淡. taking things easy and not showing too much of my emotions, don't mind or worry about anything too much. Hopefully I could be like that: 淡
I feel amazing. I felt so stiff and sore from a workout I did yesterday and my hamstrings now feel so much better😭 my word was “myself”. Being myself, trusting myself, listening to myself. That’s what I want to focus on today. I had to adjust the video speed to 0.75 to keep up with the pace and it was perfect!
