- Welcome to your deep stretch to release tightness and tension in the hips and hamstrings. This 15 minute sequence is a short but effective way to relax and unwind. Practice this routine whenever you need a deep stretch.
This class is accessible for all levels and includes a balanced mix of postures. Throughout class I will offer different options so that you can find a variation of the pose that works for you. You will also see visual aids in the top right corner to help you.

I’m not sure about the name of the pose: one leg extended at a right angle from the body in table top, bum reaching back onto the heels and then folding forward over the outstretched leg. That felt amazing. Just chilling in frog pose now to open deeper into the hips. I think the pic for modifications was useful and would have been nice to have modifications for going deeper too. These can just be verbal instructions because those who can go deeper are probably more familiar with the poses. Thank you, Charlie!

This was exactly what my body needed on my period. I like how you included the hip circles that's exactly what I was hoping for, just to have something a little strengthening in amongst the slow stretchy-ness. Perfect! Thank you! Also what do you call that lizard variation twisting and resting onto the outside of the back leg? I think I've heard of something like "lounge" pose?

What a great class to follow my leg day. I really liked that “gate pose on steroids”…I don’t know what to call it. And the cueing tone and soft music was very soothing and relaxing.
