I have chronic pelvic pain. My physiotherapist asked me to add 10min yoga after my regular training, and showed me one of your vids as example. I'm not healed, but I swear it hurts a bit less, and people with chronic pain knows how much that means for your everyday. From the bottom of my heart, thank you ❤

I want to thank you! I have decided that you have the best Yoga Videos up on UA-cam (so far?) …. No music playing, the audio is great, nothing too distracting (outfits, pets) and you don’t chatter too much. I have PTSD and ADHD so doing more just the 10 minutes is a challenge for me. Sometimes I have to forward through your intro. I think there are a few Yoga for ADHD videos, but I was still distracted by other things. Do you know Pilates too? Sometimes after the stretch I feel like I can do something challenging for 10 minutes. Anyways, thank you again. ❤

Kassandra, I am a harpist, which is a very physically challenging instrument to play, and I struggle with neck and shoulder tension and pain. Your yoga classes are so helpful for me, I just want to thank you for sharing! You make it easy to follow and understand, and I appreciate the bits of info on what is happening and why we are doing things, like how side bends are energizing vs some others are calming and quieting.
