    Video is awesome. Bhaiya there are two versions of Hanuman Dand. You was doing the faster version. There is one slow type.
    And I saw when you were doing Sher Dand, when you placed your legs back on ground from air, you were placing both legs at once. This causes stress on back. The better way is to place one leg first. Other leg which remains in air can be used to make balance& place the first leg smoothly on ground. This way back doesnot get any kind of shock. Leg can be placed alternatively in consecutive dands. But placing both legs together at once on ground is not good. Someone who is doing good number of reps of sher dand regularly can get bad effects.
    Also I saw some dand for the first time. They are really good.
    And try to do Palat dand by placing hands on bricks or any other raised grip.

      I want to increase dand reps till 500..currebtly doing 90..doing it on alternate days and ..after 3 times doing thats is after 6 days...i increase 10 reps...am i going to slow???

    • @prabhat_sn0
      @prabhat_sn0 Рік тому

      @@swapnilsuradkar110 It's not slow. There are so many factors - It depends on diet and sleep. Add body massage in our daily schedule. It has so many benefits. 10 minutes full body massage before workout is really good. Also for increasing reps till 500 you should use a grip to do pushup. Like using a brick to hold with hands. Doing pushups with barehands slows down blood circulation a little bit in your palm. You will be able to do more reps because forearms activity increases.

    Hey im wondering if you could cover high frequency training and the effects of keeping the myostatin low, i dont see you talking about it mutch. Myostatin is the reason we as humans dont become blobs of muscle,its a muscle inhibitor,but after training myostatin decreases for a small period to allow our body to adapt and get bigger ,This is why i think working out twice a day is fantastic for muscle growth ,myostatin also increases insulin resistence and this is why high frequency training is incredible for health too.

    • @AniruddhaStrength
      @AniruddhaStrength  Рік тому +4

      There are many ways myostatin levels can be decreased, but yes eating high protein diet, high frequency workouts are great for natural lifters. But it can also lead to injury as natural lifters cant recover as fast as enhanced lifters. 🙏

    Thanks a lot Anirudh for this video! I have a question. I am a 38 year old male and my weight is 200 lbs and my heigh is 5 ft 11 inches. Since last 2 weeks I am doing 30 pushups everyday to get into habit of working out daily. I would like to follow these 15 dands daily in morning from next week. So May I know how many reps per Dand excercise do you suggest and within how many minutes should I complete this workout for maximum benefit? Also I am planning to do these 15 dands every morning after I wake up on empty stomach. So May I know what do you recommend me to eat after completing these 15 dand excercises in morning? Until now after intense excercise I have been eating a vegan protein bar which has 15 gram protein bar.Thanks!

      For each exercise do as much as you can but stop before failure, rest 2-5 minutes in between.
      Eat your protein bar, also you can add some dry fruits too🙏

      @@AniruddhaStrength thanks a lot Anirudh! Just one last question. Is it ok to do these dands everyday if lets say I am doing 10 reps for each dand do let’s say 150 dands everyday Or do you recommend it to be done only 3 or 4 days a week with 1 rest day in between?

      @@Om-gg5tk it depends on your stress, sleep, soreness. If soreness is less or negligible then you can do it daily
