  • KAHALAGAHAN NG PAGMOMONITOR NG BLOOD SUGAR
    (Importance of Blood Glucose Monitoring)
    1. Diagnose Diabetes & Pre-diabetes.
    2. Monitor response to certain foods especially new foods you are not certain if low carb or not.
    3. Monitor progress from being Insulin Resistant to Insulin Sensitive.
    4. For pregnant women with or at risk of Gestational Diabetes.
    5. For everyone, especially those who don't get fat despite intake of lots of sugar and carbs, to avoid the undesirable and inconspicuous long term effects of undetected blood sugar spikes.
    Maintain your fasting blood sugar at 70-100 mg/dL and only up to 30mg/dL increase after meal intake to avoid complications linked to chronic high blood glucose level like kidney disease, blindness, Alzheimer's Disease, tumors, cancers, heart disease, stroke and many more.
    You can do this by consuming nutrient-dense low carb meals daily. Monitoring your blood glucose can help make this process more objective and safe.

    Prediabetic po ako and I found out na effective pala yung 16:8 intermittent fasting, mas mahabang tulog 7-9 hrs & no rice on every meal. Yung a1c ko dati is 5.7 after 3 months naging 5.2

    Hello doc mare recommend mo b sa tulad nming pregnant ang fasting?mataas po sugar ko and im taking insulin 10 units before breakfast and lunch then 14 units before dinner

      Brown rice is high in fiber compared to white rice but they are the same. High carb and converted into sugar pa rin

      Cholesterol ko din high at low carb din ako at IF for 18/6,, basta lang try my best mostly avoid sugar shoots up

      Cholesterol produce ng liver at di delikado ang cholesterol mas i monitor dpat ang triglycerides mas killer ang triglycerides mas need ng katawan ang cholesterol

      Sa akin bumaba ng 60mg/dL nanginig na mga muscle ko ..keep a candy on your pocket once you feel the same

      Always check your sugar. Monitor po and make sure you eat enough salt and meet the daily requirement sa food. Do not fast longer. Eat when hungry na

      Candy or any sugary food will spike up your insulin and it is not good. Better to put salt in your tounge
