    Ang ganda po ng resulta nag weweights training po ako 3 times a week at i brisk walk everyday rain or shine dati po iniinum ko pa po yong aking gamot sa cholesterol binigay ng aking dr 80mgs of lipitor dahan dahan ko po binaba ang mgs dahil ang effect po sakin sumasakit ang aking mga muscle hangang 10 mgs now po mga 6 months na tinigil ko na po ng mag pa general check up po last week ang po ng aking cholesterol nasa 150 lang po pati trigly ko nasa below 100 effective po talaga ang lowcarb fasting po thanks po dra

    Gud day doc.5 months na akong lowcard,last feb.ang timbang ko ay 71kls.ngayon 55 kls.nlang,ang sugar ko noong feb.ay 204,ngayon ay 112..tnx sa mga utube vedeos mo doc dami mo natulungan,isa na aqo doon,God Bless U Always❤

    Hello po Dr.Grace it is good n nice to see n hear u po again. Sabi po ng isang friend ko noong mkita ako na payat sbi po skin para na daw po akong may skit 😂 pinapahinto nko sa paglowcarb at IF. Natawa na lng po ako basta sbi ko ok na ok lng ako dahil hinde pa nman ako butot balat mhalaga heathy nko.😊 Inalis lng ung mga bad fat sa katawan ko kya lging may msakit nuon.

    Pero i eat a lot of vegie lettuce and cucumber no rice po ako no carbs at all gulay lang po pinaka rice ko at more on meat and pork kahit taba po kinakain ko mga litid ng baka at baboy pero walang rice at bread 3 years na po ako nag practice nito followers nyo po ako after my opened heartbypasses po sumunod na po ako sa channel nyo 73y/o na po ako

    I love your shows because all of your expert opinions are all corroborated with medical findings. Although strict adherence to your low carb rules can be really boring and no room for enjoying life. But that said, I rather be bored than suffer from medical issues. I guess you are what you eat?

    Dra my breakfast 6am eggs and coffee only and my lunch around 10am my last meal no oral intake after dis my next meal would be 6am 2 meal lang po ako pls advice

    Sakin di ko alam ano mali.. Nag-IF, workout at low carb high protein and fiber ako.. mula noon di na naalis pagkahilo ko 😅
    Recently medyo nababawasan na pagkahilo ko nung nag-almusal ulit ako 😅

    Hi Doktora Grace, bale 2weeks na ko low carb tama kayo di na ko nagugutom palagi basta nay big meal ako na puro karne plus 1big cucumber at from 56kg 54kg na kaya ako naglow carb kc pre diabetes ako last control na every 3months 6.4

    In my experience, you do not want to be counting calories on a low carb diet. A low carb diet is already restrictive. Counting calories in order to restrict your calory intake, means you are basically starving your body. Most people can reach their goals by doing low carb. Your scale will tell you if your diet is low carb enough or not. If you gain weight, then cut out more carbs, if needed go keto or even carnivore. Personally, I can already feel after a few hours how I am doing before the scale tells me. If my gums are inflamed, I've eaten too many carbs. Eye floaters or having to pee at night are other indicators of eating too many carbs.
