Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 400 grams of flour
- 100 ml warm water
- 100 ml warm milk
- 7 grams of instant yeast
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
Cooking Tips:
- Combine yeast, sugar, milk, and water, then let the mixture sit for 10 minutes.
- Knead the dough for at least 5 minutes.
- Allow the dough to rise in a warm place for approximately 1 hour after kneading.
- Each dough ball weighs around 100 grams.
- Roll out each ball into a circle with a diameter of roughly 15 cm.
- Bake at 240 °C / 464 °F for about 5 minutes
