    - Whisk the mixture until small bubbles appear on the surface. Whisk the mixture before each addition to the pan to ensure bubbling.
    - Selecting the correct frying temperature is crucial. On a hob with 6 modes, start frying at level 3 for approximately 1-1.5 minutes per side. Then, flip the flatbread and fry for an additional minute.
    - Once both sides are fried, flip it again and increase the temperature to 4 of 6, sometimes even 5 of 6, to encourage puffing. Be careful not to let it burn. Continue frying for a few more minutes, flipping every 20-30 seconds.
    - Pressing down on the flatbread with a spatula can help it rise better.
