    Hi Trish, Happy Friday! Thank you for this great cardio workout! I used my light 2 lb. weights throughout for a little boost. I enjoyed the 15/45 segments, especially since I had added weights, lol. I got in 3000 steps! I hope your daughter had fun last night! I'm anxious to see pictures of the grandkids in their costumes! I'm working again today, but it should be a calm day. It is supposed to be cool this weekend, but no rain, so I'm sure raking the leaves will be on my to do list, lol.       @lorifl9 Happy November Lori! 🍂🍃🍁 Great job adding your 2lbs weights to this one! It really does make such a difference to each move! Well done managing 3000 steps too! My daughter went trick or treating last night with her friends and she came back with a massive amount of candy and chips!! I'm not sure what to do with it! Sometimes the school asks the parents to donate some of the children's Halloween treats so that they can pass them onto more unfortunate families and their children. I think that this is a great idea. They get far too much! I hope that you grandchildren had a wonderful Halloween. It was great excitement here the whole afternoon and evening.       @ Hi Trish, I'm glad your daughter had fun trick-or-treating with friends! They do get a lot of candy. I have a friend who passes out chips instead which the kids seem to enjoy too. I think donating some of the excess candy is a great idea! My daughter said the grandkids had fun. I had two small pieces of their candy while I was there yesterday and have to be careful today and tomorrow, lol. Best wishes always!! 🙋‍♀️💐🎃🍬🍫🥰

      @lorifl9 Yes, chips have become very popular over here the last few years. Every year now you can buy huge bags with at least 20 packets of chips inside for a couple of dollars 🫣 I often think back to when I was a child we used to get an apple, some nuts an a small amount of money! How times have changed. I know how you feel. We have leftover candy lying around and it's so hard not to keep reaching for it! Have a great day 😀🩷🥰💕🌸🍃

      @@LivelyLadiesFitnessI’m wondering what the chips are? Here in the uk chips are fried potatoes but I’m assuming these are not that. Or are they potato chips which we call crisps?

      @trishhickson1550 Hi Trish. Most of my audience is from the US so I use terms that they will understand. You may hear me saying 'butt' during the workouts as opposed to 'bum' 😀 We call chips crisps here as well. Sorry for the confusion!!

    WooHoo!! Great workout, and still very little pain! The pendulum’s are much easier to do the 2nd time around for me. The injections have helped. I feel very little pain. Loved the exercises and sequence…but it goes by too fast!! I love working out with you my friend!! I always look forward to you and the workouts!! Have a great weekend!! ❤🙌🏻💪🏻🙌🏻❤️🌺

    Hi, Trish! 🤗 Weehoo… this was great FUN… and a great way to start a Monday, a new week! 💃🏻 I want to do this one again soon, but add light weights next time. 💪 Hope you all had a good weekend. Unfortunately, we didn’t get our garden work done. Orangel-level gale winds most of the weekend (“leftovers” from a storm out in the western part of the country) made it impossible to do most things outside. Sunday morning there was a lull, so we went out for a walk… it was blowing again once we got home. So we’ll see what this week brings! 😆 HAPPY DAY 🍁 OX-Tracy B. 💜

      @tracysnordiclight Hello Tracy. Happy November!! 🍃🍂🍁 This was a nice way to the week indeed! It would be a great one to add a light pair of weights to. We had a lovely weekend thank you for asking. I visited my mom on Saturday and yesterday I went out for a long winter walk. The temperatures are still quite mild here for the time of the year. No need for scarves, hats or gloves just yet! We had a couple of storms during October. There is always a big clean up afterwards with the leaves lying around. Have a lovely Monday evening.     A lovely post-Halloween indoor workout. I did not use weights and found this a perfect cardio session. I like the 45/15 second format and two rounds really helps work all the body as well as helps my brain learn the moves. Thank you!
