Leslie is an amazing instructor. Not only does she have to keep count, stay with music she manages to be able to speak positively with a smile and educate us. There is so much that goes into this! Also, she has to motivate people she can't see when she does this vids and look gorgeous at the same time. She is so personable and you know she cares! Thank you!
First time I did this workout about was around January this year when I was almost 200 pounds and I couldn't jog for more than 2 minutes. Now I'm down over 50 pounds and more active, I did this entire video. I'm proud of myself and thank you Leslie I love your workout, the reason I'm 120lbs today.
Did this exercise tonight hoping I will sleep better and reduce anxiety over a lot of bad news I've been hearing. Exercise is great for the physical and mental.
I have been working out with Leslie and the crew for a little over 2 years. I am so excited about shedding 100 lbs. Feels so great and realistic to incorporate into my daily schedule. I'm a plus size body and I've been on a exercising journey for three months now and today was the first day. I did jogging and I want to thank you for being of guidance through this tough journey. I am going on greatly appreciate it here in New Mexico.
I couldn't do too much of this the first time. But today, I almost did the whole 15 minutes. Then I did 5k With a Twist. I feel so much better. Physically and emotionally. Thank you Leslie. I love your Spirit and your motivation. You help to heal people! ❤

Whew, not gonna lie this one was a struggle for me! I had to take a couple of quick walk breaks during the jog. Still, I'm super surprised and proud of myself for getting as far as I did. Running is something that hugely intimidates me, so I'm thankful today that I made the choice to give it a go. 8.5kgs down in lockdown thanks to a good diet and these workouts. More importantly, I'm realising how fun it is to move my body everyday and take care of myself. Thanks to the Walk at Home team!

This is a great video. I've done the walking program for a long time including the boosted walks. Yesterday I did this one for the first time and I was worn out. I had to go back to walking a few times during the jog. This video definitely is a calorie burner. I'll be doing it more often to get my stamina up!!

I used to 245, now I weigh 208lbs. In early morning I weigh 204 or 205 but it is still a blessing because I used to weigh 265. But I was became sick back in March 12 of,2018. My kidneys,were shutting down. My kidneys were shutting down. But to God be the glory i am still here in Jesus name. I thank God for Leslie Sansone. She is angel and wonderful advocate for weightloss and healthy living by her walking exercises. Thank u Mrs. Leslie!!!
First time I tried this walk. The leg swinging got me, but I was surprised, that I didn't have to go to walking once the jogging started. I did it today! So far I've had one month with almost constantly doing at least one mile walk with Leslie each day(or other 15+ minutes activity raising that heartbeat) but I haven't lost too much yet, because I haven't had my eating under control, but talked to my dietitian and we made a plan... now just to try and stick to it.(well, over the past month I've lost about a pound/500grams so at least I've lost some)
I have many Leslie DVD's that I do, I also love to scroll here and find new ones. Today was the first time doing this one. WOW!! What a sweaty workout. My minimum a day is 2 miles, so I had to find another one to do after. Thank you Leslie for all the workouts. I love to incorporate your walks with outdoor walks.

I absolutely love these videos. They are up beat, easy and effective. I love the encouragement, the muscle reminders (tummy tuck) and easy freedom modifications if necessary. It really makes me enjoy the time I put into it and the times goes by fast!

I'm 27 and at 240lbs. By spring I will come back and be at 175lbs. By summer 150lbs by fall 120lbs. I can do this!!!
