I have a question about refeeding calories. Are your 4-6k come under TDEE or you are just eating as to your satiety? My worry is, if I eat just TDEE or less than my TDEE on feeding days, won't my metabolism slow down and anything I eat, though little will make up for fat instead, as I am restricting Cals through fasting. I am also worried about the muscle loss. I am comfortable on my fasting days just with water and electrolytes and some black coffee without any sugar, though. Please feel free me as a noob. So, any suggestions here please.
Yes, chewing ice is so good for me. I don't drink enough water and gravitate towards sugary drinks so this has been a great way to get the water I need
I’ve tried ADF for a few months and you’ve inspired me to extend my fasting because I’ve always stop around 40 hours. Today I’ve finished my first 90 hour fast! 😊❤ Thank you Jerome! Keep inspiring us.
i found your channel today... i also started years ago...(june2018) fasted 90 days(48-96) and cut 80lbs in 90 days... i put on more lbs than when i started.... you starting again, has inspired me to go again.... just like when i first found Cole... Peace and blessings and more success with your fasting goals and with you YT channel.... you are about to rocket to 100k this year!!
I lost 80lbs in 5 months and kept it off 2 years. Had 2 more babies and gained it all back. But when I was losing it I fasted intermittently and used sugar and aspartame free water flavors really helps keep you focused.

These videos help me power through. My goals are not as many pounds. I started on 2/1 at 171.3 and my goal is 150. My current weight is 166 and I’m currently fasting today. I’ve been averaging 2lbs per day! I’m hungry as I type but I’ll drink until it subsides. I’m past the point of giving in so my only option is to get through it so I can get to 150! Thank you for sharing your journey! For me I think of how I want to show up in this world and that means me pressing through.
Started fasting again 2 weeks ago, thanks to you, at 91kg and as of this morning I am 86.1! Feeling great! It's nice to everyone here going on the same journey, keeps me (and hopefully others) motivated! Thanks Jerome! You are doing great and so is everyone else in the comments who are on their fasting journey!
Hey man, thank you for sharing your journey. I just finished my first 72 hour fast after watching your videos. I have not felt this good in the last like 8 years. I had so many misconceptions that I never knew to look into until finding your content. My mom and my sister and their co-workers have all started too after seeing my energy and weight change so fast. You are changing lives even through the ripple effect, thank you so much! ❤
7 years ago I lost 26 kilos through prolonged fasting and light exercise. To keep myself entertained and busy asside from my full time job I started project around my home to declutter and deep clean EVERYTHING.It keeps you ocupied especially if u like cleaning and it does not break the bank plus at the end of it you get a brand new body and a very nice spotless home.I would divide cleaning and decluttering into daily manageable chunks. Also I liked the thought of also burning the extra calories from vacuuming/cleaning windows dishes etc.
Things that help me fast: Water Coffee Salt Acknowledging that I'm hungry and that's okay, and thinking of that as hunger eating the fat I'm trying to lose. Stepping on the scale regularly so I can see the results I'm working on.
For the last month I have not been having dinner and I only drink water. After my 3PM meal I don't eat anything until my breakfast next morning. I've lost 14 pounds and still going. Not to mention I'm starting to feel better physically and mentally.
Oh man. Everything you said hit home. Loved this video. I also remind myself that food will always be there, see UA-cam videos of people eating. Just so so happy I found this UA-cam channel!!!
I needed this encouragement! I'm on hour 73 of what I hope turns out to be a 10 day fast. I also got off of fasting for awhile and it's taken me a bit to get adjusted to it again. I'd get what felt like unbearable hungry before 12 hours were over. One thing that has helped is LMNT electrolytes and a Redmond's salt rock. I call it my human salt lick (instead of a horse one) 😂. Anyway, thanks for being you and providing this space, support, and encouragement, Jerome! ❤ Update: I decided to break after 96 hours, couldn't hang, but ate and am starting again for 156 hours. 💪🏽
Day 5 completed 24 hours interminent water fast...hunger pangs are no more lost more than 6kgs .. Now onto day 6 .. Dont give up anyone who is reading this
you are the Reality. Thank you for your videos. Your personal experience is so much more true than any weight lose expert. You are THE REAL GUY. Thank you. Now I am 86kg, hope to lost 10kg-15kg. Just started fasting. Early Congrats you reaching your goals. God bless you and your family. Great man.
Be kind to yourself. If you are new to fasting or out of practice, gently and gradually extend your fasting times. Successful frequency of fasts overtime is more effective than jumping in to lengthy fasts.
Just keep at it, the first months are a battle of spirit and you do mess up but you just have to jump back on the horse and keep trying and overtime you get better and then you become so proud of yourself. I recommend drinking, apple cider vinegar and water with some Cayenne pepper every time you’re hungry. always helps me.
@@maximusthegoat8034 You're right. I just lost 40lbs in 3 months doing a ton of fasting and gained 75% of it back which is usually what happens with most people. They want a quick fix and most times it never lasts.
I've got 100 lbs to lose. I've been fasting OMAD in the last few weeks. I plan on extending this soon... I have also been walking 1 mile a day, which is so much MORE than I've moved in years. I have to UP the exercise and UP the length of fasts, but I'm making it happen! Baby steps!
I've had good luck with intermittent fasting (8 hour feeding window from noon until 8PM) and low carb diet (I guess it's keto but really is about 99% carnivore). How much weight have you lost so far, and how did you do it?
15:49 hot shower: my number 1 to do, when fasting gets difficult. Take a nap after. 🫠 16:53 cooking a nice meal for the refeeds. Put them in the freezer for the right moment. Meal planning prevents ‘snacking’ when hunger comes. 19:42 fasting for health mostly. I am painfree when I dont eat a few days. Probably to do with food sensitivities. But I have some weight to get rid of too. Did a 60 hours fast. Refed did 48 hrs fast refed and followd up with IF 16/8. Lost 5 kg in a week. !!
I once lost 57 pounds, by doing two 48s and one 24 fast weekly. Work out 6 days a week. Got into a relationship sand lost focus and put back on the weight. YT algorithm found you for me and I will ne starting another fasting lifestyle journey. I have subscribed and keep on inspiring
7 weeks into IF. I have a 4 hour eating window every day between noon and 4 but usually stop eating at 3. I do not limit calories, but I eat only organic foods of every kind during that window. Some days I dry fast, but most days I drink water. I've dropped a couple of sizes in my jeans and tops. I'm NEVER hungry. It feels so good to take a long break from food every evening and morning. I am 58 and feel like I am on top of the world. My body loves this fasting journey and I don't plan to ever stop. What is amazing to me is how much food I was eating before that I didn't need. I'm happy on the 20/4 IF routine and don't plan to do longer fasts. I'm in excellent health, not on any meds, no pain, no issues.
This is very inspiring.... I tried to fast and the max I could go was almost 2 days.... I will push more starting now! I used to be 70kg now I am 86kg! it really affected my liver and health.
In case this helps someone; worked myself up from 12/14 hrs, to 21 hrs starting Jan 27th. It's been informative :) -Never thought [based on past behavior] that I could ever make more than 14 hrs without following up with a binge. Finding this channel 2 wks ago has certainly helped. Then, yestd. morning, after several successful 21h fasts, I broke at 15, bc of .."feelings"😅. Ate everything in sight [think hansel+gretel😆] until I felt better. Fortunately after the emotional haze cleared and better sense took control again, instead of the usual feeling bad about it, I just started again. Currently at 22h and feeling fine but yeah, looking fwd to my eating window this afternoon. Credit to Jerome's inspiration and this supportive community for the push needed to just Start Again. Pleasant rest of the wk to all :)
Yes, it does for me. When I’m calm, my stomach doesn’t growl. When I get ready for my walk, I take ACV and lemon juice water with me. By the time I’m done exercising, there’s no hunger pangs, but it’s the calm mindset that really works, I’ve experienced.
Thanks Jermone i really needed this, did rolling 5 in November but messed up with back to back eat ,since then havent been able to get it back, so this week doing challenge with omad, i dont lose anything with that,so striving to get to rolling 5 again thats where i was losing, its really hard for me to lose weight i have 30 lbs left to lose i lost 150 iver the last 3 years,so i know i can do it, i lost the 150 with hard dieting, but so done with that i want fasting to be my way of eating, not diets, you are so amazing and encouraging, thank u !!!
Fantastic work and great breakdown of your experience. I think the biggest takeaway for me is to tailor a system that fits you and your lifestyle. Very few things in life are one size fits all.
The part where you said to remind yourself food will always be there, rang true for me as the fasts where I truly felt that way I was successful and the fasts where I thought the food wouldn’t always be there I was unsuccessful.
Thanks Jerome 🙏🏻. I haven’t started yet but I was wondering how you managed the hunger so thanks for sharing with us. I’m 3 weeks in with just eating watermelon 🍉, 1 week to go & now planning how to move forward with the health, happiness & relationship to food. You’ve really inspired me 🙏🏻🍉🙏🏻
I eat once a day and fast for 48h every week. Never felt better, stronger, sharper ever in my life. I wanna try a long fast. Maybe 14 days. To see how the body adapts
@@4039byrne hey! Well I fast for 20h a day and eat for 4h. I fast every Thursday. So if my last meal was on Wednesday at 16h, my next one will be on Friday at 12. So yeah basically 48h :)
Hi, I’m going on day 13 and I’m trying to stay focused. Usually around day 15 on any diet I’m ready to give-up. Do you remember when you started over in November? Did you have doubts if you could get to this day?
Today I hit 15kg weight loss in 17 days. Well I'm waaay overweight, and need to fast for another 100 days to reach my goal. I don't refeed. When I get hungry I eat tiny portions of konjak-noodles, mushrooms or other foods that contain basically no calories. My body runs good with it's fat. Oh, and every day a vitamin pill.
OMG, this is so helpful, thank you so much! I kept telling myself that I've been giving you everything you wanted- all the food you love, all the rest days you need, everything! Now it's time to focus on me again, to live healthily and get back in shape. I'm on my third day of a 30-day water fast, and I'm not going to lie-it's not easy. Surprisingly, I'm not feeling hungry or craving food, but I do feel tired and unmotivated. However, I noticed that when I move around, I get a bit of energy. I'm going to try to work out because my goal here is to be healthy. I'm 96 kg and lost 3 kg.
Every day is new...got cravings...but im pushing through my sugar addiction..watching this video make me white knuckle through...its hard..ready to eat every minst...but I must gain fasting muscle so got no choice...must stay true to my decision. Have a wonderful weekend everyone!!
Yes started carnivore again after fallen off the wagon...I want to live a long life. My son only have me...carnivore will help my sugar addiction...prayers sent to all who got sugar addiction or cravings...
I just found your channel. I've been fasting for a while now, mostly to heal my gut and Hashimotos Thyroiditis. I've done a 10 day fast - my longest to date but it's becoming hard. After day 3 it's normally a breeze but fatigue is getting to me. But the only time I'm not reacting to something in food is when I'm fasting. It's the only time I feel normal
Hi Jerome, I’m new to your channel and so far I’ve really enjoyed it. Its hard to find quality channels that really talk about extended fasting. I’ve been doing IF for almost 2 months and I was doing 24 hour fasts and then eating. Just recently I’ve tried to push myself in taking my fasting window further. On Sunday I completed my first 50 hour fast! Im so new to extended fasting and I love listening and getting encouragement fuel to keep going! Im down 30 lbs! -Loretta
Thanks for the helpful info!I just finished 90 hrs. I broke cuz I got gout of all things ! Never had that before😮Dehydration caused it. So In the past I struggled to get going again. I plan to push through tomorrow and drink lots more water. I’ trust it will get easier
Damn.. I thought you went 94 days straight without food.. I'm currently doing my longest fast ever.. 50 days just water and salt (mainly topo chico) 7 days in.. 15 pounds down.. 35 pounds to go.. Or 43 days whichever comes first.. Good job on your success!
@@JimWallice-ve3ce yeah.. I've done two 24 day fasts and several other week plus long fasts... I drink bone broth for several days only.. Not listen to my body.. The hardest part is adjusting my insulin levels.. I'm type 1 diabetic.. I have to play the role of my pancreas..
Wow, my brother. I was just looking for a dry fasting video to refresh my memory on when the ketosis kicks in and saw this. You look like a champion, bro. Great work
I was attempted to do 3/4 day fast per cycle and 4 hour refeeds. I actually came up with this on my own, it was reassuring to see you doing this method and it actually working. Will now get on this horse, I always struggle with food and I don't have the mental strength to pull away, all those good mindset goals when you do struggle portrayed by you will do wonders for me. So I appreciate giving me a glimpse in your journey.
I just broke my fast started 10pm Tuesday night and had dinner soup + toast tonight at 7.30pm ( Thursday ). I have a birthday lunch this coming Saturday which i will fast untill then. I then plan on the 100 hour fast next week with a 2 hours feeding time which i am timing this to be a lunch at work next Wed. Have also started gym. It will be 100 hours/2 hour feeding/100 hour fast/2 hour feeding so forth. I am fasting to avoid getting diabetes. Family members have diabetes and High blood pressure plus loose some weight. Thank you for the inspiration bruh !
It's ok to feel hungry. It's normal to feel hungry. That's what is helping me to overcome the hunger pangs. Also, if you don't want to feel that intense hunger after a refeed, avoid lots of carbs and sugar.
Hello. Glad that I found your channel and congrats! It’s going to be day 14 of prolong fasting tomorrow. Going to do 30 days. Drinking smart water, homemade electrolyte water, black coffee and sugarless green tea. Also taking vitamins… My issue is getting nauseous when I’m out walking. ( not at first though ) I’ve been doing about 3 miles. Im used to walking up to 10+ miles, but can’t do it now. I think I’m not drinking enough water. ( adjusting to drinking more ) I don’t weigh myself, but I’ve dropped 2 dress sizes ( 14 to 10 ) I’m 5’9 and my goal is 140…wish me luck!
High-five prolonged fasting fren, I feel you, I find it hard to do much exercise while on prolonged, I get so tired if I do too much but it's so needed to maintain muscle, and it takes me a while to ramp up on the water too. I'm on day 8 of somewhere between 20-30. All the best do you to reach your goal!
@@kinda888 manage to reach 60 days only. losing 30kg. doing omad for 1 week and now im fasting again its almost 2 week gone. 10kg left to my ideal weight

Your channel came up in my feed two days ago, binged a lot of your videos, and I’m about to be on hour 37 of my first 48 hour fast. As someone who also has had a huge appetite and had issues with eating too much, this is something I feel like I can actually do. I’m currently 6’2 and weigh 344 lbs. Always been a bigger guy my whole life. Hoping to get down to 220 lbs or so in the next year. Thanks so much for all the great information and inspiration ❤️
Most I drink water but I find wen I feel hungry. I drink herbal teas, lemon water, sugar free electrolytes drink or coffee. Feel like change in taste curbs my hunger. Thank u for wonderful video ❤
all the tips were perfect I would do 72 hour fast. The only thing is watching people eat is a trigger. Especially if this is more of an addiction, but I understand, for you it works. And yes youre not alone fasting! It is very spiritual. Supposedly, in Ethopia on average many people fast 228 days of the year (almost the entire year). New subscriber!
Found you recently. I'm in the process of watching all your content. I've only heard you mention loose skin once or twice, you do not seem to want to cover it as a topic. From what I've seen, the people not fasting have a much more pronounced/visible amount of loose skin. Also people that are fasting and reach goal and continue fasting say the loose skin gets less and less over time. When you did so well a few years ago, did you notice this to be true? And could you please talk about the differences in loose skin between the fasting and non-fasting weight loss. Thank you, I do find your videos very helpful and makes me think I might be able to do this. Being obese often feels entrapping to me. Thank you. Eva
Great Great video. I appreciate him getting straight to the point and having an honest and straightforward approach, and it's in no way discouraging. Thank you 🙏
So many people do fasts wrong. I did an eight day water fast and was not hungry at all. Did not have one craving whatsoever because before I did it, I was doing keto staying away from sugars and carbs so therefore my body did not have any of these crazy cravings to have withdrawals over. But for years when I would do like a three day water fast I was eating so bad and then all of a sudden do a water fast cold turkey and therefore my head was pounding and I was feeling miserable and I was starving so that’s one thing that I learned and it works.
I started at 270 and I’m down to 229! I been doing 5 days water fast/dry. Then Saturday and Sunday I eat one meal a day. I walk for hour a day. But you said you lifting weights! I may try start lifting and adding more in my walk then just walking.
I’ve just done my first 72 hours fast, I’m attempting to hit about 90 hours as well but it has actually been so easy considering that I’ve never had much of an appetite and I haven’t felt hungry once during my fasting…. I’m hoping I’m not too hungry after re-feed even though I’m only attempting to eat at maintenance instead of so many calories in such a short period of time. Thank you for this inspiration!
For the first time in 3 weeks I have been on a 64 hour fast and haven’t lost a single lb. Sleeping good not stressed out but need to know why am I not losing anything.
16:18 I've stop watching people who eat food on UA-cam. I actually don't follow any cooking channels or influencers. I also don't watch fast food commercials. It helps me not think about food.
I find that San Pellegrino sparkling water really helps me! Sometimes I dilute it w/ other water so I consume more water. I have no idea why, but it seems to help!
Most real talk I have heard on the subject. I have done 4 five day and 1 seven day fasts since May, and am currently on day 3 of another 7 day. I have lost 40 lbs and have 30 more to lose. So much you said is so real I appreciate you. Keep it up you are very inspirational. I watch videos of food too. If you like buffets, have you tried watching Bangkok food markets. So much variety. I watch them on my fast also, somehow it helps and I don’t know why 😂
my problem wasn't hunger it was the headache, I did all the steps, the electrolites, over a gallon of water, lots of salt but after 76 hours i couldn't stand the headache that had turned into a migraine so, I will not give up my goal is to reach a 5 day water fast.
You're soooo advanced, Im into my 6th day of my 3rd fast. My first 2 was 7 days, struggled. I'm at day 6 of 14 or a possible 21 days, down only 6.5 pounds, but it's juice with protein mixed in…my goal is to get rid of 21-25 pounds
I find that if I keep carbs low after a refeed it's much easier to deal with the hunger. I had a student that lost significant weight and when I asked him about how he managed it, he said, "I finally discovered that it was okay to feel hungry." Great stuff, thanks for posting.

And thank you for sharing yours as well! I’m glad I can be of help! 🙏🏽
How long are your fasts?
Started fasting again 2 weeks ago, thanks to you, at 91kg and as of this morning I am 86.1! Feeling great!
It's nice to everyone here going on the same journey, keeps me (and hopefully others) motivated!
Thanks Jerome! You are doing great and so is everyone else in the comments who are on their fasting journey!
Yes we got this !!!!
2 whole weeks?? or r u doing like OMAD ??
Hey man, thank you for sharing your journey. I just finished my first 72 hour fast after watching your videos. I have not felt this good in the last like 8 years. I had so many misconceptions that I never knew to look into until finding your content. My mom and my sister and their co-workers have all started too after seeing my energy and weight change so fast. You are changing lives even through the ripple effect, thank you so much! ❤
Said it before but glad you’re back. On Day 3 and It’s always feels like a relief somehow seeing a new vid drop.
Appreciate your support!
@@FinallyFasting Great content! Do you workout while you're fasting?
7 years ago I lost 26 kilos through prolonged fasting and light exercise. To keep myself entertained and busy asside from my full time job I started project around my home to declutter and deep clean EVERYTHING.It keeps you ocupied especially if u like cleaning and it does not break the bank plus at the end of it you get a brand new body and a very nice spotless home.I would divide cleaning and decluttering into daily manageable chunks. Also I liked the thought of also burning the extra calories from vacuuming/cleaning windows dishes etc.
Things that help me fast:
Water
Coffee
Salt
Acknowledging that I'm hungry and that's okay, and thinking of that as hunger eating the fat I'm trying to lose.
Stepping on the scale regularly so I can see the results I'm working on.
Awesome
I don’t recommend coffee, its best to do no coffee bc you will lose more weight but if you’re doing like 2 weeks then you do you
For the last month I have not been having dinner and I only drink water. After my 3PM meal I don't eat anything until my breakfast next morning. I've lost 14 pounds and still going. Not to mention I'm starting to feel better physically and mentally.
I once did this… in 2 months I had the tinniest waist a girl could ever want ❤
You lost 14 lbs in 1 month? Did you exercise or taken any weight loss supplement?
@@chilmarielbarcelona7290 No exercise at all. I think not drinking any sugary drinks and just water helped out a lot by itself.
@@tonybp thanks for the response. Stay healthy and thank you for sharing your journey with us.
Dude you're doing such a good job. Proud of you man.
Update: I decided to break after 96 hours, couldn't hang, but ate and am starting again for 156 hours. 💪🏽
Your name and pic 😂
@@GVOLSCE 😂
How’s it going? Did you do it again? How much did you lose?
Did you poo at all?
LMNT helps me alot. LMNT which has magnesium makes you go go go. Lol pooping is no problem. 😊
Day 5 completed 24 hours interminent water fast...hunger pangs are no more lost more than 6kgs .. Now onto day 6 .. Dont give up anyone who is reading this
This is the best video on water fasting . Thank you
you are the Reality. Thank you for your videos. Your personal experience is so much more true than any weight lose expert. You are THE REAL GUY. Thank you. Now I am 86kg, hope to lost 10kg-15kg. Just started fasting. Early Congrats you reaching your goals. God bless you and your family. Great man.
Im back on the wagon...today 24 hours...fast feast and then repeat...we got this!!!
I’ve been going through stress lately, I need to start this tomorrow. Im tried of being big😭😭
Fasting is stress to the body and increases cortisol levels so if you are stressed and anxious person I wouldn’t reccomend it
Starving yourself creates stress. Get into meditation. That alone can help you lose weight and just work on eating better.
Baby steps!
Love this! You got this!
updates @dmL?
How did it go?
I've had good luck with intermittent fasting (8 hour feeding window from noon until 8PM) and low carb diet (I guess it's keto but really is about 99% carnivore).
How much weight have you lost so far, and how did you do it?
Love your fasting tips! Thank you for these!
Glad you found them helpful/insightful!
15:49 hot shower: my number 1 to do, when fasting gets difficult. Take a nap after. 🫠
16:53 cooking a nice meal for the refeeds.
So 3 days a week no food. So 12 days a month right?
@@Satawolf that's what I do, but you have to work your way up. I did not start out like that. I would start small and build up...but stay consistent
@@indianrider956 I do a 48 once or twice a month and I do a 24 once a week the longest I've gone was 96 but the clarity is unmatched
Thanks My take away is being hungry for a little while ain’t gonna kill us 😊. I expect to be hungry and try to plan what to do if I am.
I started by chugging some water and then push ups and walking when I’m hungry to fill the time
I love your honesty. This is inspiring me to take the plunge and get back to fasting.
keeping busy also helps when dealing with all types of addiction, it helped me get past my nicotine, coffee, and alcohol addictions
Thank you for sharing your story and process.
You're very welcome! Thanks for your support!
Thank you mate, your video uplifted my spirit. I'm currently 168 hrs into fasting and planning ahead. You gave me good tips!
This is exactly what I needed to hear today! Congratulations on your success and thank you for sharing! I am beginning my journey this week as well!
Good tips and all in a calm fasting friendly voice. It might be cliché but fasting and calmness go hand in hand.
My gosh! Incredible transformation. You’re totally motivating me to JUST DO IT!
Thanks for this
🙏🏽
Fantastic work and great breakdown of your experience. I think the biggest takeaway for me is to tailor a system that fits you and your lifestyle. Very few things in life are one size fits all.
The part where you said to remind yourself food will always be there, rang true for me as the fasts where I truly felt that way I was successful and the fasts where I thought the food wouldn’t always be there I was unsuccessful.
Just found your channel, and Im binging all your videos. Thanks for sharing you are a motivation 💪🏻💪🏻
This is one of the best video on fasting!!!!!
💪🏾 💪🏾 We’ve missed you! Glad to see you back. 🙏
So inspirational. Thank you, Jerome. 😊

Do you fast the same days a week?
@@4039byrne hey! Well I fast for 20h a day and eat for 4h. I fast every Thursday. So if my last meal was on Wednesday at 16h, my next one will be on Friday at 12. So yeah basically 48h :)
Thank you for really pointing out the pros and cons etc. Very good point!
Hi, I’m going on day 13 and I’m trying to stay focused. Usually around day 15 on any diet I’m ready to give-up. Do you remember when you started over in November? Did you have doubts if you could get to this day?
I find I’m hungriest when I include a lot of carbs in my refeed. The more proteins and fats I put in my refeed, I don’t really get hungry.
You don’t find that hard on your liver, gut, kidneys, etc? Asking because I want to start a fast myself
It's so good to see you back making videos. I've waiting so long to see you back. Very inspiring 💯
Hi Jerome,
I’m new to your channel and so far I’ve really enjoyed it.

50 days just water and salt (mainly topo chico)
7 days in.. 15 pounds down.. 35 pounds to go.. Or 43 days whichever comes first..
Good job on your success!
Good on ya man 👍
Go real steady when you break that fast.
Great work
These are really good tips! I’m 30 hours into my 100 hour water fast and this is really motivating

You’re a legend, stumbled upon this video and it gave me so much inspiration!
Congrats,I did OMAD for like 5 months and also skipped some days but like 3-4 times and lost about 35kg about 77 pounds
I definitely want to water fast ! I need to . I’m concerned about taking my meds on an empty stomach though . I’ll keep watching
Also taking vitamins…
My issue is getting nauseous when I’m out walking. ( not at first though ) I’ve been doing about 3 miles. Im used to walking up to 10+ miles, but can’t do it now. I think I’m not drinking enough water. ( adjusting to drinking more )
I don’t weigh myself, but I’ve dropped 2 dress sizes ( 14 to 10 ) I’m 5’9 and my goal is 140…wish me luck!
Homemade electrolytes water? Please share

Dude, what a GREAT channel name!!!
Very enlightening. Well done and thank you for sharing
I love watching you talk. You motivate me so so Soooooo Much!!!! ✊🏽❤️🎯

Peace be with you - you are learning the way.
You're amazing ❤ ranadhan round the corner, I've started fasting and walking, so by the time I start Islamic fasting I'll be in better shape.
all the tips were perfect I would do 72 hour fast.
Thank you. Eva
Hey! I recognize the CTA bus! Loved this video! Thank you from a fellow Chicago faster :)
Nice job man. Thanks for this context!
This was a very good video. Thank you for sharing your experience, super helpful. We are conditioned to eat far too much food!
16:18 I've stop watching people who eat food on UA-cam. I actually don't follow any cooking channels or influencers. I also don't watch fast food commercials. It helps me not think about food.

Man, good job. You found your willpower- your best friend in life
I find that San Pellegrino sparkling water really helps me! Sometimes I dilute it w/ other water so I consume more water. I have no idea why, but it seems to help!
Love u bro ur motivation video is mentally ready me to lose weight 👍 I m doing for 5 days. 72 hour and now my Target is 50 days
Thanks for the tips Jerome. I'm on Round 4 and I've had the strongest cravings today.
thank you! really great information. i just finished doing eight days and have realized that i can have some food and go right back to it! thank you!
Wow @ that thumbnail. Looking great man, really. Big congrats on all your successes and good wishes toward your future ones!
my problem wasn't hunger it was the headache, I did all the steps, the electrolites, over a gallon of water, lots of salt but after 76 hours i couldn't stand the headache that had turned into a migraine so, I will not give up my goal is to reach a 5 day water fast.
Keep going! Between 72-84 hours is always the toughest for me. After the 84 days I get a burst and tend to go another 3-4 days. You got this.
A magnesium supplement may help with migraines over time
You're soooo advanced, Im into my 6th day of my 3rd fast. My first 2 was 7 days, struggled. I'm at day 6 of 14 or a possible 21 days, down only 6.5 pounds, but it's juice with protein mixed in…my goal is to get rid of 21-25 pounds
This is a great channel! Thank you for helping me get back on the wagon!
