This is so Good! 44 and perimenopausal! Learning how to work with this new body💪🏽From diet to exercise to detoxing home, skin products omg, all of the above!! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you ❤
This information was so helpful! I needed to hear this to reassure myself on starting HRT. I’m 48 post menopausal having joint pain, elevated cholesterol & pre diabetic for the first time in my life. I’ve gained 30 lbs out of nowhere 😢 I have a history of fibrocystic breast. Multiple lumpectomies & partial mastectomy so I was really scared about taking hormones. I’m praying 🙏 HRT along with lifestyle changes will help my journey be a little more manageable. Thank you so much for sharing such valuable information.
You're welcome! I'm in the same boat and it's really frustrating which is why I am personally interested in this topic. I don't know if you happened to see my other interview on Perimenopause from January but that got me motivated to start consistent strength training 3x/week. It's been since November and I've gained a lot of muscle, but it's a slow process to change body composition.
What’s the single biggest issue you’re experiencing from perimenopause?
I am 48 and perimenopausal and have been for a few years. This is good info.
