Hey Tya, great video! Keep up the good work!
Thank you so much for your kind words!
interesting take. I find myself seeking identity and community throughout life. But I also find myself constantly torn between wanting to be in a tribe and wanting to rebel against all its identities and values. I was speaking to my therapist earlier actually about how I’m consistently inconsistent and want to be more spontaneous in life than follow an exact schedule and routine… the feeling is to want to break free from being put in a box. If I understood him correctly, it’s about prioritizing and setting aside time for spontaneity and what’s more or less important in life. Some parts require discipline and order, others require spontaneity.
I think not knowing who I am completely definitely falls in line with people misunderstanding me and that’s to be expected… it’s a lot of work on myself, but if balance is the goal then I definitely gotta cut down on all the chaos…
I'm so glad to hear you're on a journey of self exploration and development! I wish you well on your journey forward! Thank you for watching!
Yesterday during a talk with my friend, we were talking and I got upstep and told her I had enough of her for t9day, yesterday. She then asked Why I was upset. I said I wasnt understood. She then said the part she understood and then what did she want me to know. So, then I told her, and now we are good again
She sounds like a good friend to have asked in order to understand you better. And it's wonderful you talked it out with her!
