Question, how to increase the strength of doing arm exercises? I feel so weak most of the time even in not so heavy weight esp when doing biceps that’s why I tend to cheat.

One dumbell lang ung dala kung gamit dito sa qc galing zambales,mostly concentration curl lang for bicep ang ginagawa ko para ma pump sya at di lumiit habang di ako makaaccess sa mga gym dhl ayaw ko dn for health safety.
