The 94-95 Mustangs came with those lights. The 96-98 had the other style, many change the lights on their 94-95 to the later style. I’m with you, I do prefer the 94-95 style.
Pretty sure he’s taking about the amber strip on the tail light. Only available on the export SN95. Very hard to find.

You have to do anything special to get them to fit on your car? Because since it's a 99-04 catback
Bro i was thinking the same thing. Im guessing he bought the exhaust and cut off the borla mufflers or resonators and had them welded on to his stock exhaust

From a design perspective, I think the horizontal tail lights give the rear end a wider and lower appearance, which gives it an overall much more satisfying effect than the vertical tail lights, in my opinion. Obviously, the vertical lights were the original and have the nalsagia and heritage written all over them, but I liked it when they went away from that design, at least for a little while. I sometimes wonder what the rears of modern mustangs would look like if they did not revert back to this vertical design. Obviously, it was part of the overall retro design, but I would have liked to see Ford go away from this design by this point with the introduction to the newest generation. Even the previous generation I balive could have benefited from a horizontal designed set of tail lights, giving the car a wider, sleeker, and less tall looking rear end. But hey, that's just one man's opinion.

Which headers were on it? That info is not in the description or any post that I could find.
what is your suspension setup? i have an sn95 and i cant find a suspension that lowers it just enough to get rid of the wheel arch gap like that

Its not a 4.6. Its a 5.0. 1994-95 sn95 do not use the 4.6 motor. Just a little education

Kohl Gossler I polished it by hand. 7 hours labor. I have IRS in my car and it's an IRS catback. All exhaust is in link in the description

RomanB it's possible. I've seen it done. But most don't look clean. Pipes are always crazy sideways. You have to make your own brackets to work.
Hey man that sounds killer! I have a suspension question for you. How do your wheel wells not touch your tires with it being lowered that much? I put 1 inch spacers on my 98 gt and would like to lower it, but am afraid it is going to touch. Thanks!
