@@vanmamawannabe6360 that's the reason they make sure he's fit to stand trial. Most people think being found mentally unfit to stand trial means you're a schizo that hears voices and you see demons everywhere and stuff, but alot of mental illness is the inability to process information properly that gets much worse over time. Demented people aren't neccesarily violent or anything, they're just very confused about what's happening and where they are. It's pretty sad actually. They can hear and see everything but their brains can't put coherent thoughts together well anymore.

If he’s putting in an act, big time shame on him. I can tell you from experience that his behavior can absolutely be as a result of a stroke. My Mother suffered a TIA (often called a mini stroke) and her short term memory went down the tubes. She would struggle with articulating the words her mind was thinking. Unless you’ve had to care for a stroke victim, you can’t be sure this kind of action is just an act.

@@aeromedical6776I'm 52 and suffered 2 mini strokes 2 years ago that were minor. It affected my cognitive abilities for 3 or 4 months. I was terrified it was going to last forever. I couldn't put certain words together or think of words I was trying to use. The doc told me I may recover or it might be long term. I can't imagine what a major stroke would be like. And those who judge others should be very careful. It could happen to anyone.

I don't think that the redhead lawyer knows what a gastric sleeve is. Hint: You can't wear one. It's the name given to the surgery for weight loss that involves cutting out about half of your stomach. It's called a gastric sleeve because they shove a banana shaped metal form down your throat and staple+cut your stomach walls to fit exactly around the form, with your stomach becoming a "sleeve" around the form. The one you're thinking of is called the LapBand, which is a torus shaped balloon that goes around your stomach, preventing you from filling up all the way.

The first guy was showing it up for his case. He was confused, he was putting on a show of incompetence to get out of his violation. Don't let this crap fool you, the Judge knows what's up. We'll all see in the end. His lawyer should be disbarred for allowing and partaking in this rouse of the court.

Explain to me, anybody, how hard is it to be on a bond? You're basically asked to be a reasonable individual. No drinking, no illegal drugs, and stay out of trouble.
If you cannot do these 3 things. Even if you're having a hard time in life, if you cannot do this, you should be behind bars for your safety and others.
Just a little bit of self-control. Perfect time to go do something you've wanted to do away from anyone who enables you.
