Oh you will hear every excuse in the book in order to use. I'm a recovering alcoholic. My excuse I always used to say ... My eyes opened this morning. 😆. I hated hearing excuses. Just be honest. I drank because I loved drinking. That's why. Until it was no longer fun and my life was out of control.
If the judge asked me if anyone promised me anything to plead guilty, I would be honest and say, "Yes, my mom promised me a milkshake after court."

Women press charges then change their mind, then contact them, then they get violated. Probably on purpose
He, being the one convicted, has to be smarter. Some women use that restraining order as a weapon. I think if a woman violates it, she should be prosecuted as well. Or drop the order, but most women won't . Some women love that power.

I used to be a alcoholic and opiate addict znd my mother passed away in march and I am atill in pain from it. I've been sober for almost 9 years and even wirh ehr pasing I would never make her passing my downfall for not being sober.. she would hate me for that and I promised her when she passed form cancer I would stay sober

The defendant is released with the same terms / conditions that were set at arraignment / first appearance . Like: no alcohol, no driving, no contact w someone etc. This “calendar” / video is a second, third or more pre-trial appearance for defendants checking in or seeing if settled etc. .
Don't think weed is that big deal other drugs tht far worse lot adults use it for medical reasons so weed isn't big deal
While I agree that weed isn't anything anyone should be concerned about, that's beside the point. It's an intoxicating substance all the same and when bond conditions state, no intoxicating substances , and one tests positive for THC, the issue is violation of bond, not 'weed is bad and you shouldn't use it.'

This just didn't start happening. I remember when I was young in the 70s and this was going on. There was a huge boom of teen pregnancy in the 80s. Then in the 90s/20000s TV shows had young unwed parents. Even older parents who had 10 kids and divorcing. So Boomers and GenX set a pretty good pace for GenZ to follow.
