First case - defense shot themselves in the foot stating he was in contact with the victim's 16 year old daughter and this is apparently OK because there isn't a no contact order. Really? That's supposed to sway Judge Simpson in his favour? That's just pointing out there SHOULD be a no contact order. This guy is dangerous. Glad his bond was reset and the judge pointed out the PR bond set by the magistrate was an abuse of discretion. The magistrate needs to be reprimanded. Completely ridiculous.
Second case - surprised the smoke alarm didn't go off in court because her pants are most definitely on fire 🔥🔥🔥. What a shame jail has not been a good experience for her. All for a bond violation - smoking weed and lying..... Maybe she's finally realised she's not above the law.

wish there was a playlist for cases such as ms. vongfechon (I'm assuming it is her as I haven't gotten that far in the video yet and that I am hearing and spelling it correctly.) so you can follow it from start to finish without having to look through countless other videos (love watching them all though).

This is the fifth time she has been in front of Judge Simpson. She has learned nothing, she lies everytime over, and over how sorry she is. Then she goes and does want she wants again.

If there is witnesses to her being strangled they shouldn't need her testimony. In Australia the police take it on them selves to try the case without the victim. As the defendant often feels guilty about or blanes it on herself and doesn't want to press charges. This guy I obviously dangerous if ke is strangling her.

For anybody who watches Judge Simpson somewhat regularly like myself, if you were to play a drinking game where you drank Everytime the ADA says "Concerned" you'd get so drunk that youd prolly end up on your own video 🤦🏻‍♂️😂😂

The lady was arrogant and smug and appeared to roll her eyes at the last hearing. She should have thought of her children before acting all stupid and ignorant. She will not learn her lesson if she won’t serve time. The children will suffer the consequences!

I’m starting to like Judge Simpson, more and more.
I’m a “serious judge kinda girl,” so he irritated me. I can be honest by saying, I didn’t give him a fair chance. I guess I have a lot to binge watch. Darn! 😂😂
