'Always' and 'never' are two words you should always remember never to use.

I just googled Brene Brown. Wow. She spoke on vulnerability, and I realized so much about my own need for vulnerability. Thank you for the recommendation, and all of the videos you produce! They are wonderfully informative and encouraging as I try to improve my life.

I describe things vaguely bc i can not remember. Period. One of the reasons I 'get over an offense very quickly. My brain doesn't hold onto it.

Hi Dr! Can you please tell me, if fasting can help for gout? I have heard that fasting can have many benefits on human body, i have wondered, if it can help with gout? Thanks!

Very good and apparently extremly timely for the U S right now.
Not a bad Word abour Brenee Browne, but in line with your African upbringing I can warmly recommend 'Giraffe Language' (aka 'Non-violent communication) by Marshall Rosenberg. It' s antithesis is called 'jackal language' spoken by those who would rather win (a phyrric victory) than be (longtime) happy.
For the philosofically minded I find that Giraffe Language is even more thorough and congruent than Brenee' s version.
Learning it 20 years ago, and lecturing in it, probably saved if not my life then certainly my mental health.
    My two Bits.

Thank you for the suggestion of this author, it appears to be something that I've been wanting to improve on a personal and professional level. Found it in the local library, looking forward to the read and exercises!

Would love you to do a video on alcoholic liver. Is high fat diet good for alcoholics?

I would imagine so, if an Alcoholic consumes carbohydrates it's easy to become an addict. That's my opinion . I look forward to others opinions here. Great question.

      Abstaining from alcohol is better

Our livers sustain the same damage whether it comes from alcoholism or carb addiction- so a low carb and high healthy fat lifestyle can help and maybe heal. Depending on how far gone the liver is, apparently it can take quite a beating and still bounce back.

I’ve healed my fatty liver with 2 years of keto, and I recently adopted a carnivore lifestyle. I was vegan for 20 years and thought I was doing good for my body and the earth. Boy was I wrong! Thanks to people who speak the truth as they want to truly heal people like :Dr. Cywes, Dr Ken Berry and Dr. Boz.
