I found this workout after my brain bleed in 2022, I was 61. I'm still doing it at 63 along with others. I quit experimental vaccines and sugars and carbohydrates, feeling better everyday.
I vote for more arm workouts like this one! I know that planks and pushups are good for us, but I find it so much easier to get myself to do a workout when they're not included.
l loveeee your 10-15 minutes videos! As someone recovering from respiratory problems, I find them a lot easier to follow than most longer "beginner" videos out there. Keep up the good work!

I've been doing arm weights once a week. I like adding these to my routine. I usually use 8 lb weights, but with your workout, I have to use 5 lb weights. That's how good your routine is. I'll be working my way up to 8 lbs. Thank you!

Awesome! I'm recovering from rotator-cuff injury. This looks good to build strength to PREVENT rotator-cuff injuries. As people age, they need to keep working on this strength. A video to address, specifically, building strength to protect from rotator-cuff injuries would be great!

I could see using progressively heavier weights with less time and reps to really gain some massive strength.

You can totally do it! Start with weights to suit. I used to struggle with a couple of the excercised but can do them now as I've got stronger.
