  • Join me for a 10 min STANDING ARM WORKOUT to sculpt and strengthen your upper body. All you need is a medium set of dumbbells. I'll be using 8 lb weights, but choose the weight that best suits your strength level. Each interval will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. This is an ALL STANDING wrist friendly workout, with zero planks or pushups! So grab your weights and get ready to feel the burn! 💞 xox Mik

      Yes I agree was just right with no planks or push ups, which are quite challenging for this 72 yr old Granma! (I broke one wrist about 7 years ago😬)

    Omg I MISSED these short 10 mins workouts so much!!!!! 2024 I’m prioritising short but effective workouts over long 30 mins workouts esp when I don’t have the time! Quality > Quantity ❤

    I vote for more arm workouts like this one! I know that planks and pushups are good for us, but I find it so much easier to get myself to do a workout when they're not included.

    I'm 61 years young 😊 and my friend was saying that I can't do this. But I told her it's not how old you are its if you can do it. And I could love this workout 👍👍😌

      You can totally do it! Start with weights to suit. I used to struggle with a couple of the excercised but can do them now as I've got stronger.

      Just found this workout and done for the first time (using weedy 0.5kg weights tho - my arms are very weak 😂). I'm 62 and so encouraged by your comment ❤

      I'm 64 and it is a good workout. I started out with 5lb. It has lessened my neck pain from a car accident.

      I found this workout after my brain bleed in 2022, I was 61. I'm still doing it at 63 along with others. I quit experimental vaccines and sugars and carbohydrates, feeling better everyday.

    l loveeee your 10-15 minutes videos! As someone recovering from respiratory problems, I find them a lot easier to follow than most longer "beginner" videos out there. Keep up the good work!

    Thank you for this 10 minute all standing upper body workout. I would love more all standing short workouts. I am disabled and cannot do planks or exercises on the floor. So I greatly appreciate the standing exercises, and the shorter ones I can tolerate best. I really appreciate your videos!!!

    Oh this was so perfect. I can’t stand push-ups and planks, this is my preference for sure! I just finished it and my arms are really feel the burn.

    Love you and your videos! They have helped me so much! I am almost 51 and I really need shoulder exercises to keep my body from hurting these days especially because I sleep on my sides.     I've been doing arm weights once a week. I like adding these to my routine. I usually use 8 lb weights, but with your workout, I have to use 5 lb weights. That's how good your routine is. I'll be working my way up to 8 lbs. Thank you!

    When you search for 10 min arm workouts with weights, most of what comes up is toning exercises with light weights. This is what I was looking for - a short workout with actual dumbbells. And such an effective burn, too! Thank you!!

    Loved this quick workout and the burn! I could feel it even with 8lbs! I feel like every fitness instructor tries to say heavy is always better or the only way to feel the burn and this video proves that is not true!

    Awesome! I'm recovering from rotator-cuff injury. This looks good to build strength to PREVENT rotator-cuff injuries. As people age, they need to keep working on this strength. A video to address, specifically, building strength to protect from rotator-cuff injuries would be great!
