MM3 Tuner Problem: 2008 Dodge 2500 Cummins

- This is a 7 minute video that shows the loop I seem to be stuck in with my MM3 Tuner. This is a 2008 Dodge 2500/6.7 Cummins. This truck is new to me but has been working great with no problems switching between the various tunes and the transmission tune was doing well and it was obvious it was working. A friend of mine was looking at the truck while I was busy with other things. Somehow he deleted the tune from the truck while looking at the MM3. Since then I have not been able to get the files reinstalled and everything working again.
During this process my battery has been on a charger with voltage above 13. I even tried a new SD card. Same problem.
According to the person I purchased the truck from the tune was done by T&K Performance. But, I have been unable to find a business with that name that mentions a tuner of their webpage.
Reasonable suggestions and input would be appreciated (Comments about my idiot friend will be deleted) He and I have already had our talk! - Авто та транспорт
Hate you are having these challenges, but I know you will work it out. Hang in there!
key on engine off for any prgramming
no bus means no communication with ecm which is normal during programming and you will lose communication with tcm while writing to ecm u codes will come up during programming or updating need an actual scanner so you can see if code is currently active or its in history

Ur tuner should have your factory settings. I would send your sd to them and let them rewrite your whole system

Thanks for the input. The tuner was there when I bought the truck. The previous owner told me he had purchased the tunes through T&K Performance. Unfortunately they are no longer listing tuners on their site and they will not respond to my inquires for help with the tuner problem.
