This looks really delicious. I like Kuan a lot, he seems very funny and he and chef Wang bounce their humour off each other nicely. Uncle is looking well, too. I hope he is getting on with his new teeth!
When I see Chef Wang's uncle it makes me happy. He reminds me of my uncle. My siblings and I visits him in the province when we were kids. Great memories from yesteryears.

I’d say any! We use Chinese noodle but I’ve also tried pasta. Pasta( spaghetti shape)can be used for all the Ban Mian recipe. Depends on what kind of texture you like. Pasta also good for having lower GI

我介绍最简单的方法 葱姜蒜切好放在碗里 倒上适量的油 在微波炉叮2分钟 在加上酱油 煮好面拌起来 又简单又好吃😋

在上海,以前物资比较匮乏,一碗葱油拌面在夏日绝对是香飘整个弄堂,条件较好的拌上几粒熬过的开洋碎(干虾米),一般家庭就多些葱来多半匙酱油,大考(期末)优秀母亲会再用筷子尖醮几滴麻油拌一下,这就是幸福了!
我是香港人,喜歡吃薑蔥撈麵(用作雲吞麵的全蛋麵),看來這個蔥油拌麵也真的不錯.

西菜切洋葱不辣眼经验:
1)老洋葱比新鲜的辣很多
2)切开剥皮切半后用水洗一下,水可以抑制挥发,但会导致洋葱滑手难切一些
3)钝刀切比利刀切更辣眼,而且钝刀容易滑刀切手(跟王师傅的推切同道理,正确刀工很重要)
附加:剥洋葱皮的时候把带干燥部分的层次都拿掉,水分不足的层次容易滑刀切手

这个葱油拌面的做法个人感觉还是不太家常的,王刚师傅确实很牛,但是每次看了之后就会觉得好麻烦,做个葱油拌面的时间可以做四菜一汤了😁我是个懒人
这个葱油应该是可以存起来,以后直接煮白面直接用葱油拌着吃。大半夜看的直吞口水。。。。
懒人做法:小葱+油,微波炉轰1-2分钟,拌到煮好的面条里+酱油
看阿寬這樣大口大口的吃真的口水直流,這個吃法肯定很爽
