130 g white rice (cooked, cold)
80 g caster sugar
300 ml water
150 g rice flour (Rice 100%)
1 tsp instant yeast
2 tsp vegetable oil
1 package (4.3 g) Eno fruit salt
*substitute Eno fruit salt : 1 teaspoon baking powder
