I used the pandan liquid already made from a can, but in the same amount as you used, my fatty koh, looked absolutely beautiful,but it was a bit gummy and sticky and crumbles when I go to break it up to eat. Why? Did you use can coconut milk or the coconut milk in a box like arroy dee?
Hi Lily, I used freshly squeeze coconut milk and fresh pandan leaves, this Fatt Koh taste wonderful. It could be the different texture and taste of the can pandan liquid and can coconut milk make the Fatt Koh taste different.

Mine too. I used fresh pandan extract and packet coconut milk. Gummy texture.

我将椰浆换成水但是做出来外型ok可是里面像kuih,一团团一块块的,是什么原因?是不够水还是太多水,我可以拍照给你看吗?我用150ml pandan juice,100g的水因为我算到也是一样换成gm的话也是一样280gm的液体。谢谢
外型ok,里面像kuih,食谱没问题只是蒸得不够熟透而已。建议大火蒸,蒸久一些,蒸锅里的水要够多,蒸气十足。
