Copycat Costco filling

Now that I’ve made the cake and have a ton of leftover filling I can say with confidence that this recipe does NOT need to be doubled! It’s amazing and delicious but we made way too much !
Recipe:
Copycat Costco cake filling
Vanilla cheesecake mousse filling
8 oz. cream cheese softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup whole milk
3.4 oz. package instant vanilla pudding mix dry mix

Thank you for this video, definitely an interesting idea and sounds yummy! Wondering how it compares to the Costco vanilla cake filling, or is it a copycat recipe for a different Costco cake?

Do you recommend we use the Vanilla pudding mix or the cheese one that you ended up using ?

We liked that extra tang of cheesecake, but I’ll use vanilla if I can’t find that flavor
