Thank you much for this video. It put me in such a better headspace and stretched all my tight muscles out in my tummy. It felt great. Hopefully will have some c relief soon too. I appreciate your soothing voice and positive affirmations. I really appreciate it. You brought this mama some peace.
So I took another long hiatus from yoga. Until today, I am severely bloated at 9w5d. And it’s beyond uncomfortable. I hope tomorrow I have results. For the ending, your kind words really put my pregnancy into perspective. I thank you. Namaste 🙏
Thank you for your video, im in 1st trimester and this helped me a lot bcz I had very much of nausea couldn't eat anything like normal so was suffering from gastric problem which was very much disturbing my sleep
thank you so much for this :) I am really suffering with it at the moment at 14 weeks, i have tummy aches when it gets really bad, i am finding epsom salt baths really helpful. Ive noticed since being pregnant that i find it har to relax my belly so am learning to be aware of this! x
I've noticed I have to consciously relax my belly, too! After a life of conditioning that told me to suck it in 🤣 when I loosen my belly up I feel so much relief 💯
I'm just turning 27 weeks tomorrow, but the sickness has started to make a return the last 2 weeks 🙈🤮😭 but with acid reflux, anything bending forward (even just putting washing in the machine 🙈) or in a 4 point hands/knees position is affecting it, so I've barely been able to do yoga. What would you suggest? x
Thank you Bettina, this was lovely. I wonder, I'm still in first trimester but my boobs are already huge and its aggravating upper back pain and an old shoulder blade injury. Could you do an upper back tension session for us 'breasty' (!) Mums-to-be?
