I'm 15 weeks pregnant with my rainbow baby now, but I found this video as soon as I found out I was pregnant at 5 weeks. The words "I'm here, and I feel you" have stuck with me this entire time. Whenever I'm feeling anxious or overwhelmed, I keep coming back to those words. Thank you, thank you.

I love your videos and have found them really helpful during the whole ivf process - thank you. One thing that'd make them perfect - please don't say babies can pick up on negative thoughts and feelings, it's a subjective opinion and only causes more worry.

How much time we have to do yoga every day in first trimester
It’s really up to you. How much makes you feel good? If you can do a short practice every day (10-15 minutes) that’s great it there is no set time - it’s individual.
