    I'm 15 weeks pregnant with my rainbow baby now, but I found this video as soon as I found out I was pregnant at 5 weeks. The words "I'm here, and I feel you" have stuck with me this entire time. Whenever I'm feeling anxious or overwhelmed, I keep coming back to those words. Thank you, thank you.

    I cannot truly express how much of a difference you’ve made in my life, Bettina! From your yoga sessions and meditations, to reading your book after our first loss last fall, to now, being almost 6 weeks pregnant after our third cycle of FET and needing this video more than anything.     I LOVED this. I have my first Dr's check up tomorrow (I'm 6 weeks) and I'm just so nervous but this really helped me calm down, and feel so grounded

    I love your videos and have found them really helpful during the whole ivf process - thank you. One thing that'd make them perfect - please don't say babies can pick up on negative thoughts and feelings, it's a subjective opinion and only causes more worry.

    Thank you for helping me to try and be calm. My baby boy was stillborn 3 months ago and I’ve just found out I’m pregnant, so naturally I’m anxious! Xx

    How much time we have to do yoga every day in first trimester

      It’s really up to you. How much makes you feel good? If you can do a short practice every day (10-15 minutes) that’s great it there is no set time - it’s individual.
