@@ursulahuff4290 red raspberry leaf, ginger, or peppermint all work well. Really it was the hot water that helps to get things moving in the digestive system.
@@instantaneouslife903 any pregnancy safe tea works (low caffeine/no caffeine, regular non-medicinal dose of herbs) I drank chamomile or mint mostly. Drink before and after, like 1 in the am and 1 in the pm. Sip on a full glass of water (and finish it) after the exercise and things should get moving
omg finally one thats suitable for pregnancy. im doing this tomorrow. somehow im alot more constipated now that im pregnant. so feeling morning sickness plus constipation. 😭. i hate my life right now. am currently 8weeks pregnant and feel like poop.

I paired this exercise with a tall glass of warm lemon water and deep breathing and I already feel so much better!❤ I plan on doing this everyday for the rest of this pregnancy, only 7 weeks to go!
