Lots of positions here you should be carefull with in the thrid trimester. Im in second now and it was fine but the crunch of the stomack, laying on the back, and the widening of the hip over extended time is not something that is reccomended in third trimester
. Be carefull.

At 32 weeks the body does not twist like this. Would not recommend this for for anyone past first trimester.

thanks for this video. you may want to say that women past 14 weeks shouldn't be on their backs. I am 35 weeks and tried to do a gentlw twist but it became painful and definitely no legs up the wall.
This is my 4th baby I been having horrible I mean painful cramps I almost thought I was having contractions found out it is literally from me.not going number 2 I'm so constipated this pregnancy but man those cramps this was so relaxing hopefully it helped stuff move around ty for this video it mad my cramps better

If you want to make this a prenatal video, DO NOT HAVE US ON OUR BACKS FOR SO LONG! As soon as you did the roll down, I knew that you didn't have any prenatal training. This puts us in danger of Diastasis Recti.
And the stumach crunch, amd the stress on the hips on the first exercise, not good.
