Hi Funk - I got through one round with 29lb dumbbells, except for the flies - used 12lb. I am 68 years old. Will go for 2 rounds next time. You are the best!

Excellent form of training. I wonder, can i change the Reverse Grip Bent-Over Row with e.g. Gorilla rows and the cycle squats with barbell squats or lunges (dumbbell or kettlebell)?

The alternate reverse lunges had me a bit confused
It's supposed to be 25 reps for each set but one side is going to be short isn't it?

I respectfully disagree. Although doing these HIIT style workouts will help you lose some fat initially your body adapts very quickly and you will plateau and stay there. The only way to truly lose fat and build muscle is to lift heavy 2-3 days a week. NO TIMER, if you don’t send a muscle building signal to your body, you will forever be stuck in the mud.
Yes you are right in some degree....it's all about Progressive Overload and the different ways that you can acheive it...so GET READY and SET for SOME LIFE HEAVY (which is subjective) cause heavy to you, is different then heavy for me...but if we focus on progresive overload, mechanical tension, metabolic stress and muscle damage...then we can build muscle...but to tell you the truth...and respecitively, when you are in your 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond...building muscle is NOT lifting heavy 2-3X per week BUT it's Nutrition, Sleep, Recovery, Decrease Cortisol, Hydration as this is when your muscle grow, get stronger and recover...during those 2-3 heavy lifting workouts you are actualing tearing muscle fibres creating a catabolic enviorment...so we need the othe rstuff...but I understand what your point is and I will have thos HEAVY LIFTING WORKOUTS for you soon... - Funk
