    Balance is so important. I used to think hockey was all about "hands" but it really is all about core and legs and balance. Thanks for the vid eh!

    I want to incorporate this on my lower body workout. Do I this before doing lifting/resistance training (deadlifts, machine exercises, etc.)? Or do I do it after?

      Sorry for the late reply! We prefer this work AFTER our primary heavy lifts.

      Always here bro! Slower is more challenging for ALL these exercises. If you can go 5-10s out, then try with closed eyes, if you could do these flawlessly still (barefooted) - could progress to an unstable surface.

    The last one was really hard but these exercises is fucking awesome
