Glad I could help!
Great video!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Are there an amount of sets we should do
I want to incorporate this on my lower body workout. Do I this before doing lifting/resistance training (deadlifts, machine exercises, etc.)? Or do I do it after?
Sorry for the late reply! We prefer this work AFTER our primary heavy lifts.
hey i know i’m late but how can i progressively overload these exercises
Always here bro! Slower is more challenging for ALL these exercises. If you can go 5-10s out, then try with closed eyes, if you could do these flawlessly still (barefooted) - could progress to an unstable surface.
Does this work for field????
Yes. Very similar.
Can I do this in the morning, after waking up?
hell yeah man, that'd be great time while your body is fresh and nervous system is primed!
The last one was really hard but these exercises is fucking awesome
LFG!!
