    It’s for my 12 year old son , he needs more ankle mobility ..How many times a week would you recommend , and can it be done anytime of the day ?

      Hey Costa! I'd definitely say multiple times per week, try to anchor it another habit - so pre-workout/skate/shooting pucks or after school or watching netflix/youtube for the first 10 minutes.
      Aim for 3x per week!
