Your life is not a weight loss journey, it's a mental strength journey. You make me motivated from 116 I Reached 108 now in 2 months, will watch your video whenever i feel down
This is exactly my life story. I can't believe there's someone who went through the exact same thing as me. I'm now at 122 kgs and a blood pressure patient before 30. This video is really motivating me to start again.
Good luck. Even if you haven't made much progress since posting the comment, don't give up. Just start making progress, no matter how small. Once you start getting positive results, they would inspire you to continue the journey.

But just haven't gone down to even the double digit si ce I was a teen. I'm now 43 and i am determined but it's just been so so hard. Thank you so much. And yes, it took so many times for me to understand that nothing comes easy and quick. If it comes quickly, it will go away quickly. These journeys were super important for me and I’m glad I am not repeating the same mistake over and over again this time, so one always learns❤
I can completely relate to this. I was 142.and got stuck on 130s for years. I thought I'll never loose this weight. But after 2020.i Sat with myself. It's been 2 years, I'm still 113kgs.i have a long way to go but I won't give up
Damn women u r such an inspiration.. I gained 4kg due to bloating and irregular periods in past two months and it has mentally affected me tbh .. looking at ur journey am glad that there are pple around me struggling the same way .. keep up the journey guys let’s healthy lifestyle not a new year resolution but a lifestyle for every year .. good luck to al ❤️
This was so inspiring! I was 106kg in 2020 and took lockdown as an opportunity to lose 18kg and went down to 88 kg, feeling better than ever. But it didn't last for long, due to some circumstances and emotional crisis, I gained back all of it and stand again at 106kg. Also, as a PCOD patient, facial hair kills my confidence every day. But I'm determined to get back to original self again.. Courage to everyone out there who's trying and trying and trying... We'll succeed!!!

Literally cried towards the end of this story! The roller coaster of your journey and toxic relationship with food/emotions then the slipped disc, all of that literally happened to me. I am currently at 108 kgs and some days it’s difficult but I am pushing through. I want to be at 65 kgs by September which is when I turn 30. Hoping to keep pushing through.

this is just superb , i cn relate what all emions a person goes through your life story is not just about weightloss Your life is about your mental strength You are an inspiration Your life is about not giving up, about persistence True true inspiration Love you I want to start my healthy fit lifestyle asap
You lost half your body weight by making peace with yourself. That is all that is needed. You can't force your body to cooperate with you by hating it. Over workout never works. Little but consistent workout always sustains. My life has been a similar (though not as extreme) spiral. I first started gaining weight when I went to college. I already have a broad shoulder which makes me look bigger than most girls (and boys). Even when I was bony kind of skinny, I used to be called fat just because of my bone structure. Back then I never understood this, and it took a toll on my mental health. I grew up with very little confidence back in my teens. Trust my, I was skinny af and yet I was always told that I was big. In college I had a fat roommate who used to munch all day, even till late night. The habit caught on. I felt a sort of freedom in my hostel because the eating habits in my home were quite strict. I had a very negative relation with my family (my mom is a narcissist, and my father is emotionally drained). It reflected in eating habits as well. I also dealt with various abuses and an ugly breakup- all by the age of 17. There was just too much stress in my life- which never really ceased to exist. And the only thing that gave me solace was food. I am sure if I were exposed to crack, I would have been an addict by now. Anyways food addiction got me. Then I decided to lose weight in my final year. I lost 13 kgs in 3 months (81 kg to 68kg) by eating only salad and 2 chapatis in the whole day. This unhealthy weight loss stayed with me only for 6 more months. By the end of next year I had become 91 kgs. I was worried aboyt ym growing size so I joined a gym. I worked hard, developed severe migraines and gave up. By the age of 26 I was 100+. My precious youth was lost in obesity. I decided I could lose it all again. But then covid happened. For 2 years there was no gym, nor any motivation left in me. My patience really ticked off when I saw 109kgs at a doctor's office. I removed my jacket and it was still 107. That was the day I decided enough is enough. Thyroid PCOS is no excuse for this. I wept for couple of hours, washed my face and texted a local health coach. I went to him and promised my dedication. Luckily he had the experience of handling and transforming 100+ customers. He gave me a sustainable diet plan, reducing the items gradually over time as I get used to the new routine. 4 months in, I last checked a couple of days ago. Its 94.7. Its over 10kg weightloss and I still have 40 more to go. But I wouldn't mind being a healthy 5'4" 75kg individual. I am focussing more on my muscle mass. And this weightloss will not be the end of it. I will use this push to learnnmartial arts.
Gosh same with me ... I was called fat because of my wide bones when in reality i was skinny and the collar bones were showing up...my neighbour who was my schoolmate and her mother too made fun of my look ... And later on due to various reasons I was caught in depression and due to studies i couldn't have physical activity and i was around 65kgs when I was 17yrs old...later on around 19-20yrs i lost wt upto 58kgs but during lockdown I gained weight again and now I'm 72 😞 everyone was fat shaming me to the point I had to stop talking lunch and eat non carb food in the morning and nyt while i was studying...this lead to me being worn out and weak to the point I couldn't concentrate on anything. So I stopped that diet now ... Later on after i came back to normal now since 2days im doing skipping i hope I can lose weight upto 60kgs in 3 months

Hi..very inspiring & truthful narrative. Me too going through my weightloss journey from 119.75 kgs to Target weight 75 kgs. Thanks for the motivation 'never to give up'.
Trust me what I watched in this video I can totally relate with this : now I am 25 year old and I gain weight very easily and it’s my 3rd time I am trying to loose weight and somehow I was loosing my hope . When I was child I was very skinny but after getting periods for 1st time in my 10th standard I started gaining weight and everyone used to called me chota hathi then in my graduation 2018 I decided to loose weight because I was feeling very bad when anyone used to called me with name like fatso etc. then I loose 20 kg .. before my weight was 70 and then after it was 50 and I got so much self confidence and everyone was like .. are you suffering from any decease or anything?? But I ignored that and i started eating again and within 6 month again my weight was 71 again I loosed that and repeated again and now my weight is 72 and again I am trying to loose it because again people started calling me chota hathi 😢
Oh girl.. m sharing your story in whats app.. you literally suffered a lot.. even i lost lot inches however still gained.. but you are a great inspiration.....
U r a warrior, I know how difficult it can be when you are in a battle against your own body, it can mess up your mental health big time. You are an absolute inspiration & yes you look amazing ❤❤
I lost 10 kgs last year from 82 to 72... But in 10 months I put on weight.. Again I'm on 82 kgs... worried ND depressed....🥺 Recently I started gym again... this video motivated me to have faith on myself....In Sha Allah I will lose weight with more energy and consistency...
Amen🌸 Remember one thing, there is nothing you cannot do, your energy and consistency will come with practice. Start slow and study you will pick up your own pace don’t worry and just keep going take one day at a time believe pray and work hard

You are such a brave and wonderful person! Thanks a ton for sharing your journey. Incidentally, I also happen to be struggling with weight issues, for the past 10 years.. Its my emotional health that has hit me hard physically. I can also relate to the body shaming 😒. Felt so much better after coming across this video, and how you have overcome. 🙏❤️. More power to u 😊.
I'm really impressed the way you lost weight. I am 100 kg at the moment at the age of 50. All my life I have struggled with weight. I am sick and tired of being over weight. I look ugly
It's okay to feel like this sometimes but we should know that we all are unique and our bodies are special. It's the only thing that stays with us forever and we should learn to nourish, love and respect it. All we need is motivation & determination to keep going in life & learn to love ourselves. We wish you all the best in your journey & we hope our video motivates you to love yourself. 😊👏🏻🍀🤞🏻
Omg this is very emotional journey ...mam ..hats off to u .....i watched over 200 videos for weight lose but your video motivated me the best ...thanku mam ❤️❤️
During my pregnancy I was 105kg, now at 62.1kg. My GW is 48-50, 12.1-14.1kg to go. Ill get there eventually ❤ I've lost 42.9kg so far 🎉 hoping to lose 8kg during Ramadan. Currently on keto hoping to lose 2kg by 1st April. End of May should reach my goal. Im stress with my toddler, doing my msc and have hospital placements. So its tough.
The diet plan i made up worked for me but may not work for others. I drunk 2 cups of coffee with milk and sweetener. 2 cups of greentea, I don't drink water, occasionally lemon infused water. Breakfast 2 eggs with cheese small piece and coffee. Snack an apple, lunch chicken with broccoli, little brown rice and coffee. Afternoon snack almonds with greek yogurt with greentea. Dinner salmon with green beans, lemon infused water. Evening snack 2 rice cake with skinny food jam with green tea. Calories depends on portion size usually 1000-1200 a day. Exercise dance at home, cleaning and walks to park with my son. Thats what I planned which worked for me.
You are very inspiring dear.....you know what our journey almost same ....i was80kg i started exercise and loose 30 kg...but because of sitting for study i gain 25 kg weight again...i was feeling stressed but i trust in myself that u will loose again i have started to exercise again🥰🥰thank you for inspiring me

Oh god you have gone through so much!! 🥺♥️♥️♥️ Inspirational✨✨💫 I have lost 11 kgs from 76 kgs to 65 kgs, now I am looking more and this is the fastest plan to loose healthy weight! ⬇️ 1- 16/8 intermittent fasting (7 days of the week) 2- 45 - 60 mins exercise daily 3- Eating healthy meals which consist of Raw salad and Yogurt as first meal, and lunches and dinners are low in carbs and high in protein and fibre and minimum fruits and almonds in evening snack, I had brown bread and diet biscuits as well and started using Stevia instead of sugar.... Hope it's helpful, it's a great plan...
Always just remember all your prayers will work. Just put yourself in action. God wants to see you put efforts for yourself so he could reward you with what you are looking for okay get started. I’m always here to help

Thankyou. Good luck to you too. Get laser hair removal done for your face ❤️

Well done girl. Even I got knee injury in gym. So then I shifted to home workouts following UA-cam videos and intermittent fasting. Works beautifully.
Literally cried towards the end of this story! The roller coaster of your journey and toxic relationship with food/emotions then the slipped disc, all of that literally happened to me.
@Poulomi Hari - In which city is the trainer available ?
Later on after i came back to normal now since 2days im doing skipping i hope I can lose weight upto 60kgs in 3 months
can share ur diet chart pls?!

Its just not a weight loss journey... this is a super story you are a hero of courage !!!
I have watched different weight loss videos but this one hits me hard....feeling positivity, hope 👍

1- 16/8 intermittent fasting (7 days of the week)
2- 45 - 60 mins exercise daily
3- Eating healthy meals which consist of Raw salad and Yogurt as first meal, and lunches and dinners are low in carbs and high in protein and fibre and minimum fruits and almonds in evening snack, I had brown bread and diet biscuits as well and started using Stevia instead of sugar....
